I'm a vegetarian too . But, I eat fish and dairy products so I am not a full vegan. I take a vitamin at night to help with getting my daily needs. I also eat a ton of noodles and fish tacos!(which i HIGHLY recommend)Veggie burgers and pizza and rice are good too. I also eat cereal and potatoes! I like being a vegetarian because I feel healthier and better about myself. Anemia is a huge deal for vegetarians and vegans so remember to eat dark greens, grapes, raisins, and other iron rich foods. If not, try a multivitamin. Explore your options, they have a huge selection at kroger marketplace! They have vegan chicken and corn dogs and chili! haha

I'm a vegetarian, ever since about seven months ago. If you need recipes and ideas, e-mail Vegetarian Societies and if you have friends who are vegetarians, ask them.
You can also just get vegetable broth and just throw a whole bunch of vegetables in a pot, with an egg or two. It's really delicious.
Bean burritos, salads, and trail mixes are good, too. Just get creative. : )

This is super-cool! I'm not veg, but I don't eat a lot of meat, so I usually use eggs/ nuts/ other protein sources to get me full! I'd recommend Morningstar for veggie burgers, but if you have an hour or so on a Sunday, whipping up your own veggie burgers is best! I have a fab recipe I'd be happy to give out, and the best thing is they freeze REALLY well, so you can freeze them individually, and have like 12 awesome meals, which are lower in sodium and fat, a suprising addition to a lot of veggie burgers!

Morning star and Boca are good brands for fake chicken patties I was born vegetarian so if you want to ask me any recipes come to my channel i bet i could find ya something also try searching on Google For example if you were looking for a burger recipe you would type in Vegetarian Burger Recipe hope this helps! In the house i live in there is NO way that i could be a vegitarian, I also love a steak every once and a while, but for about the past year i have only eaten meat in one meal a day, and it works.

I am vegetarian but also really picky. and i mean super picky. what i used to eat the most was pasta, so now i add things to the pasta like tomato sauce with a full serving of veggies in it and i drink lots of milk.

i tried beign a vegetarian for 2 weeks . i liked it . but it was hard to eat at school . and supper was pretty bland . and i didn't feel healthy . so i am waiting till i'm done growing to do that again .

I am vegetarian too. just make sure you get a lot of protein. I eat a lot of peanut butter, eggs, some kind of beans, and smoothies

I've been a vegetarian for 4 years and when I'm busy and have to be somewhere quick, I eat edemame or morning star brand items.. ssooo goodd! When your vegetarian, you have to make fruits and veggies your best friend!
