Have you guys ever thought of creating a FREE GL app? I think it's an idea to consider and I would totally download it. It would give you updates on the latest trends, topics, news, buzz, giveaways- Kinda like the newsletter, but for your phone. For us cell-users, I believe it would be totally convenient to just click on the app, check the latest posts, and enter the latest giveaways quickly and conveniently- on the go! Thanx for listening to my input!

on Friday, 4/20/11 my friend Carter wrote this hilarious short story that stared 3 or 4 of the boys in my ELA class. it was about how each of them had these weird powers/gifts. one of them, Tanner, had the gift of exploding diarhea. anyway the whole thing is so stinkin' funny. also if you like the Maximum Ride series then you should check out "Subject Seven" by James A. Moore, very good but leaves you hangin'

Okay, so I came up with a story to write about which I'm eventually planning on publishing as a novel. I came up with the beginning, but don't know what to write afterwards. I know I'm not supposed to start a story from scratch, but I'm just getting my ideas down. I'm in junior high so like...what the heck? haha lol so tell me what you think and what you think I should write afterwards. Thank you so much!! Here it is: (first person, briefly) -I walk home from the bus stop, no one is home -I do my homework and go to my friend's house, no one is home -I wait and wait til 8pm when my parents usually come home by 5 pm -I get REALLY worried and don't know what to do -I try to dial 911, but my cell is dead and the house phones have no service -The power suddenly goes out and I'm stuck in the dark house with nothing....literally nothing and no one... Then this is the writer's block right here...I don't know what to write about afterwards!!

 

Hey chica, wow! That was really good so far. Mhmm maybe, you could try going to a neighbor's house, but you find out no one is on your street. As you keep walking to find someone, you spot a note on the ground, with no name of a sender or address. You can take it from there. Does that help any? Smile

For my birthday i either want my cartilage pierced or my ears double pierced. i don't know though. Please please pleeeeease don't say they are both good because i know that can i have a personal opinion. thanks in advance!☺




Hey girl, cartilage is really painful from what I heard. I'd say double piercings might be the less painful but just as cool piercing to choose, plus you have more earring options that way (you can coordinate them with the earring you're wearing in your first piercing.)

I love Sarah Dessen's books. Just Listen is by far my favorite, but Lock And Key and Dreamland are close seconds. I like that her books aren't your stereotypical chick books. The characters are all fully fleshed out and relate able in some way. And she deals with some topics a lot of chick lit doesn't deal with. While her books are all about romance, each romance is unique, and presents a set of challenges none of the characters in her other books deals with. And I love how characters from the previous books pop up in cameos in the later books!

Ive had to move schools. It sucks!! You have to leave all your friends but thats also when you realize who your REAL friends are. The ones who still tried to stick with you despite the fact that they dont see each other everyday now.

I've had to switch schools before, this year actually. The hardest part is making friends and worrying that everyone will accept you because everyone already has their own cliques and stuff. But anyways, I love Sarah Dessen and I can't wait to buy this book<3
