MOD MOD MOD!
I'm sick right now and my goal is to lose exactly 20 pounds this summer. What is the smallest time period I could do that i if I did at least 1 workout each day and ate good? How can I eat better while I'm sick?

Hey girlie,

Being sick is sort of a special circumstance, so try to eat veggies and plain white chicken (for protein) whenever you feel up to it, but don't feel disappointed in yourself if you aren't sticking exactly to your plan As for losing weight, experts say it's the healthiest to drop about 1-2 pounds each week. You don't wanna push it so the weight loss happens too fast but you could totally reach your goal by the end of the summer at the latest!

okay so i sit at a table at art with 8 other girls. i am not close friends with any of them (and they arent close friends with each other either) so anyways we r allowed to talk the whole time like the teacher lets us. they always put themselves down and they always say to me "ur so lucky ur pretty and thin" and i always say something nice to them. but idk it makes me feel almost guilty or something idk y!!!!!

I love to sing but there is one major problem. I can't perform in front of people because I yawn. I get enough sleep at night but I always yawn. Do you have any advice?

hey! yawning is the result of your lungs trying to get more oxygen. make sure you breathe deeply when you sing
