I get bored reading and have trouble remembering what I read on workouts. I can't watch videos on my laptop, it's a mini and the images are to slow. I come from a large family (not just my normal family, my step families too!) so I'm trying to be healthier and exercise now but it just doesn't feel normal. I hate gym and I'm scared of help and get scared when my heart beat is quick. I have trouble remembering to breath when I do yoga at the town hall. I'm scared of sports balls. I've been to the doctors and she says there's nothing wrong with me. what can I do?
Hey girlie, walking is an easy workout. Go for walks in your neighborhood after school. Just keep up a quick pace so that it keeps your heartbeat up and makes you break a sweat. Get a couple workout DVDs if there's a TV that you can use and workout in front of. Just take it slow, and you'll start getting better at it.

I do martial arts (American Combat Karate) and it is AWESOME! (i know it's not kickboxing, but close enough... haha.) and it's not just for guys either... my teacher is female and there are a bunch of girls in the class! any other martial artists out there?
