MOD MOD MOD MOD!! Ok so I am leaving for camp tmrw (YAY!!!!)!!! I have read all of your articles about what to bring and stuff but I was just wondering what EXTRA stuff I should bring for fun!!!! Thanks!!!! P.S. extra stuff I am bringing: frisbee, playing cards, and ya thats it haha!

Those sound like awesome ideas. Another fun thing you might want to bring are books like Coke or Pepsi or books that are filled with quizzes and random questions. They will be totally fun to play with your camp friends! Have fun!

Am I developing a eating disorder?
I constantly look in the mirror wanting to cry. I get on the scale over 20 times a day to make sure I'm not gaining any weight. I eat maybe 700 calories a day. I'm constantly checking the weight calculators to make sure I am not getting fat. I've been counting calories all the time. Like how many I burn standing up, how many I burn shaking my legs, etc., etc. I am constantly thinking about when the next meal is, because I am hungry, but when it comes I don't eat any of it, other then a bite or two...... Help???

 

Hey girl you need to talk to your mom, your doctor, or any other trusted adult. It's great that you realize you have a problem before it gets even worse. Trust me, you need to do something about this now. Tell someone you trust and ask them for help. If they don't know what to do ask someone else. Talk to someone. MOD MOD MOD Hey. Im on a really tight schedule for everyday. No free time at all, believe me. I've recently gained a lot of weight. How can I loose weight? I cannot work out, no time and no place to do that. I swim once a week maybe but I'm not sure it'll help. How can I grow thin in under a week or so?
