We all love to be independent, it took my mom so long to let me do my thing but she realized that she couldnt keep me from boys and I was going to have a bf no matter what. It also helps that my cousin is so much crazier than I am and that my aunt mentioned that I would possibly rebel if I dont have some freedom and it would be worse. But I am so happy my mom trusts me now.

MOD MOD MOD MOD!!! Okay this is a weird question but... Is it bad to live in a fantasy? Like wish u were bff's with a person you like from a tv show? Cuz some ppl think its bad and nerdy but is it bad and nerdy?

Hey girly girl! I don't think it's bad or nerdy... it's great to have an imagination! However, you shouldn't let it get in the way of your normal life. If it starts to effect your everyday life... like you're thinking about it all the time... then I'd start to cut back on this TV show.

Hey chica! I'm so glad to hear that you got him to bed. Getting kids to bed can be sooo tough sometimes, but you did an awesome job. They're lucky to have you as a babysitter Smile

Hey chica! When I used to babysit, I would put on a movie for the kids, and eventually they'd fall asleep in the living room. Or, read to him Smile

MOD MOD MOD! I am on a friend's account because my password will not work for my account. About a month ago, I tried to send myself a new password, but it never came. I also tried asking a question around the same time, but it was never answered. I am pretty sure that my email is up to date, but nothing is working. Help!

Hey girly girl! I wish I knew what was going on, but I'll have to look into it for you!

MOD! i'm going to a top-notch music camp tomorrow for the third year in a row, but this year i'm going for their solo cello camp instead of orchestra, and i'm nervous. it's a pre-college camp for high schoolers and i'm a sophomore so i have every right to be there, but i know i'm not going to measure up to the rest of these kids. i'm good, but i'm not a prodigy or anything and i have never had a private teacher. i've heard this camp is small, too, like less than 10 people. my orchestra teacher suggested i do this camp even though i'm definitely not the best in orchestra, but now i'm just getting really nervous that i won't be good enough and will embarrass myself and make everyone think "well why is she here?" i just don't know what to do help!!!!!

Hey chica!  Seriously, don't be so hard on yourself!  The whole point of this camp is to learn and get better, so it's totally fine that you aren't the best-ever yet!  Besides, chances are, the rest of them aren't all prodigies either.  Like you said, you have every right to be there.  Try to relax and make the most of the experience.  Being in such a small group will be great, because you'll get extra attention and also have a better chance of getting close with everyone.  When you start feeling like you don't deserve to be there, turn your thoughts around and remind yourself what you know - you were recommended to go, and you deserve to be there.  Have fun!!

MOD MOD MOD! Hi I'm going to the mall today and I want a new pair of high heels but my mom won't let me get anything higher than 2inches they just added a charlotte russe and a forever 21 there and I don't know if they'd have anything I'm looking for. Any ideas?

Hey chica!  Definitely check out Charlotte Russe - they always have tons of shoe options.  You could always look for "kitten heels," which means they have a small heel but are still super-flirty and cute! Smile

Mod mod mod: heySmile i have a little problem: theres a local concert i wanted to go to today with some friends with a band i like, but it's also my godbrothers birthday party at the same time. i want to go to the concert but i don't want ot disapoint them..what shouldi do?

Hey chica, It's really up to you, but you might want to talk to your 'rents about it.  Maybe there would be a way for you to go to both - go to the party for a bit, then leave for the concert, or vice versa.  If not, think about it from your godbrother's perspective.  Is it a big party, and he won't really miss ya, or would he really want you there?  xoxo
