As long as you wear a longer top, any color is fine (as it brings the focus up top) Smile

Hey!(: so I have been thinking for a while now. Do you think The GL team can put together an Ultimate Girls Clothing Guide, including all the clothing essentials and That last all year long? I've been wanting one, But I think it should be done by the professionals I trust most. I think it would be a very good idea. And i think girls here at GL would love to have one too! hey Smile okay, so i have a huge dilemma. Its about guys again...
Okay, so I used to date this one guy (lets call him M). Then M and his family ended up moving to Texas. M and I broke up. But lately I have been dating M's best friend (lets call him D) who lives near me. Now though, i'm starting to like M again. M knows i like him again, and D knows that i still kind of like M. but what should i do about it? Should i break up with D and go out with M again even though M lives in Texas and i dont. Or just stay with D? i think i like M more then D. idk what to do. please help me out...

Hey girl,

If you like someone else, it's not really fair for you to be stringing D along, so the best thing to do is probably break up with D, especially since he knows you like M.  You can try to date M again, but that might mean you only get to see him once in a while and would mostly just talk on the phone, text, e-mail, etc. If you're okay with a long distance relationship like that, then go ahead. mod mod mod im going on a cruise in a few days and they have amazing food. (ice cream, cake, cookies, fries, pizza... yummm!) should i just not eat any of it? and just stick with maybe like one snack a day? or should i treat myself cuz we barely go on cruises? i mean i really dont care about gaining weight, cuz im really light, but i dont wanna hurt my bod...

 

Hey girl. Don't deprive yourself, but be careful. You will be moving around so weight gain isn't that big of an issue. Make sure you don't go on a staight up junk food diet. You need your nutrients. Remember fruits, veggies, and protien!

Hey babe. Just go and try on different styles. There is a lot more to looking good in a shirt than your chest size, like body type. Remember, if a shirt is too low cut you can always layer a cami or other top underneath, so wear one when you are going to try things on. A good bra can also help!

Okay, I'm really skinny, but I don't really excersize too much or eat that healthy. I'm trying to do better. anyways, im doing good w. the excersize, but not with the eating better. i have 2 questions about it...
1. im going on a cruise in a few days and they have amazing food. (ice cream, cake, cookies, fries, pizza... yummm!) should i just not eat any of it? and just stick with maybe like one snack a day? or should i treat myself cuz we barely go on cruises?
2. like every night my dad says to my bro and i "do u want some ice cream?" if i say no (like last night) my parents were like worried i was sick or have an eating disorder. (cuz im like obsessed with sweets) i just made up an excuse that i was planning on having dibs (the ice cream) and just quickly grabbed a ranch packet and a bag of mini carrots and ran to my room... i H8 hiding stuff. what should i do?




1. Definitely don't deprive yourself totally of the cruise food. Your parents are spending money on the vacation and vacations are meant for enjoying yourself. Just remind yourself not to over eat! Instead, eat a small amount of each thing you crave. If you slip up and have a "bad" day where you eat a lot of junk, don't beat yourself up. You'll get back on track after your trip!

2. Be honest with them! Tell them you wanna try to eat healthier so you'll get your calcium from glasses of milk and your sweet fix from something healthier, like yogurt and fruit. It's totally fine to want to treat your body right! Show your parents the healthy snacks you're making instead so they don't get worried Smile

No worries - GL's got tons of exercises for you to try! Work out with your bestie in this two person ab workout, or try The Airplane for a toned booty. Try this workout from Beyonce's trainer which combines the medicine ball and ab exercises. And lastly, this ab workout works great (even though it's already July 4th!).
