MOD,MOD,MOD I have a this really good friend that I always hang out with at least 4 times a week. But the thing is she really cares about popularity and if she had to choose between me and them she would choose them even if they sometimes ditch her. I meen she is friends with them and all. So her birthday is coming up soon and she kept asking me what to do if to invite me and our other friend to the party with her popular friends and you can tell she didnt want to but didnt want to tell me so i just said dont invite us just invite them and we can do something with just me and our other friend on a different day and that im ok with it and she seemed really happy with the idea but i feal really sad and left out since she always does stuff like this where she picks them over me like. please help me I dont know what to do please help 




Hey girl,

It's not right for her to choose them over you, so you have to tell her. You should just be really honest with her (you could maybe write her a letter) and say that you like her as a friend, but it's not fair that she's not inviting you to the party just because her popular friends are going to be there. You should also say that if she was your true friend, she wouldn't exclude you like this. You also have to consider if a real friend would treat you like this, or put you below her other, more popular friends. x0x0

I never got the issue of the latest one. About four to six weeks after I subscribed (which was sometime in June) I got the June/July issue. I never got the August September issue. Is there something I should know why it's taking a little long?




Hey girl,

It takes a little while to process new subscriptions, so it's normal to get the "current" issue (the one that is out at the time of your subscription) a little later than normal. Usually, issues come by the end of the month prior to the issue - so, for the August/September issue, you should get it by the end of July. If not, report your missing issue here: https://secure.girlslife.com/Contact.aspx#11

my mom said my subscription ran out...if i were to re-suscribe would i get the August/September issue even though they already went it out to everyone else???

What is it like working for a magazine?
I dream to become an editor of a mag and i really want to know how it is. What classes in college would you have to take in order to become one? Plus, what EXACTLY does an editor do, i mean i know what they do but i would like to know everything about being one.

MOD MOD MOD! Hey my mom said she mailed a check for my subscription, and i think she did because i got the june/july issue. But i got it about 2 weeks before the august/September issue came out. And i still havent recieved my August/September issue yet. Is there some sort of hold up or did the check just not go through? I don't know if mods can see the accounts or anyting , but if you can't than can you tell me who to contact? thxxx! xoxo Ashley! (:

 

Hey girl. I can't check into your specific acount but you're probably getting your issues late because of the mail not because we're sending them to you late. If it keeps happening though feel free to give our shipping department a call but you should be receiving your issues in no time.
