I need so much help! I can't find any work-outs that won't make me throw up. Even when i was in really good shape, i would throw up after work-out sessions and I think I may have asthma!! My friend says I prob do cuz she has it and almost the same things happen to her, but my parents say that i dont. Some times it feels like it when i get rlly scared. So I have some things to ask help for:
1. Does it seem like i have asthma?
2. What work-outs can i do that wont cause mt to throw up?
3. what are some healthy meals because the food at my school that i buy is soooooooooooo unhealthy
4. I enjoy tennis and dance, but im not sure if i shld try for the teams next yr because of my problems and health
5. Im concerned about my health and weight because most of my friends weigh less than me but they are shorter, what shld i do?

Hey girly! It sounds like you may be pushing yourself too hard in your workouts. Maybe try something low impact, like swimming, or water aerobics. Or, something fun, like taking a dance class! Also, yoga and pilates are great ways to tone up
