kso i reaally want a boyfreind ! but there is not really anybody in my school to like , i kind of like another guy who goes to another school i few minutes away , but i have totally ruined my chances with him and i dont like long distance , i guess what im asking is , how can i get a boyfreind ?

 

Hey girl!  Don't stress about getting a boyfriend.  Things like that always come when you least expect it.  Just have fun and make friends.  Boys will come into the mix when they're meant to.  Good Luck!

MOD MOD MOD! I know this isn't really the place to ask this question, but I have OCD, and I don't know what to do! My Mom says that later in life it won't be good, she also had it. I have a bedtime routine, everything has to be perfect. Brushing teeth, setting up animals, saying goodnight to my lil sis. And I'm 13! Any tips, or any links? Thanks! Smile

 

Hey girl, don't worry! Its a part of what makes you unique. Its totally fine if you have a bedtime routine. A tip would be just keep being yourself!

Okay, so I'm trying out for the volleyball team this year. With the spandex volleyball shorts, do you wear underpants or not? My mom says you dont have to wear underwear, but idk...how do i adjust to not wearing underpants? should i just get the no show, no seam ones?

ok so in the summer of 2008 i moved to a different state. i moved away from all of my closest friends and i still dont have any friends like them (im not good at making friends) so now after a few years of going to the same school with the same circle of friends im changing to a private school and all of my friends are mad at me so i have 2 problems
1: how do i explain to my current friends that im excited about changing to this new school
2: how do i make super close friends and how do i know if im hanging out with the right people

Hey girlie,

1. Be honest with them! Tell them how you feel about going to the new school - that you'll get to stay friends with them, but you'll also get to challenge yourself a lil more academically, as well as meeting even more new people in classes, clubs, and sports over there. And share with them the best part...that they'll get to meet new friends too, by being included in your new experiences. Just assure them that they aren't gonna be left in the dust when you move on <3


2. Your first step is to abandon this idea of the "right people." Be nice to everyone and get to know everyone, no matter what you think of them at first. Talk to people in your classes about the latest homework or test, pair up with new people in gym, and don't be afraid to sit down and join the convo at a new lunch table. It's going to feel weird at first but ya gotta push yourself out of your comfort zone in order to really feel like you've made the most of your new opportunity!
