Hey girly, if push ups are hurting your back that means you're straining or forcing your body. Instead, try doing a modified version of that exercise. Next time try doing the push ups with your knees bent. That might be able to help! Smile Smile

What are simple ways for me to increase my endurance. It seems like everyone in my grade is able to take a 3 or 4 mile jog, no problem, except for ME!! Are they crazy?! I can't run a 400 meter lap without getting out of breath and wheezy!

The best way to increase your endurance is to keep on running! Run a few laps around the track every day or every other day. Dont push too hard. But keep it up and increase how much you run as you go. This will build it up! xoxo kerra

I want to do yoga- my mom's a yoga instructor but we never find the time to actually have a practice. I've tried yoga on my own but it's not the same. I don't feel confident and happy like I do when my mom helps. How can I learn to do yoga alone- the right way???

I'm going to start doing yoga. I think it would be a good, relaxing exercise for me since I do field hockey and all we do their is cardio really. And yoga would really help me with my posture. It would also give me time to reflect on my life and that would definitely be good for me. ;)

Make sure you’re wearing the right shoes for your workout! Hitting the gym in flats or running in flip-flops won’t give your feet the support they need and can really hurt your ankles later on. Ouch!
