ok i really wanna make my high school freshman cheer leading tryouts next yr. but i have like extra skin and all around my tummy.
any tips on what to do to prepare for try outs(they are in april) and lose the pudge around my tummy

Hey Kellie,

The best thing to do is practice practice practice for these tryouts based on advice you get from older girls on the squad, the coach, etc. Seek them out - be warm/laid back in your conversation but show your dedication: tell them you want to be prepared as possible for tryouts, so you really want to get as many tips and suggestions as possible about what to focus on. They'll be able to help you with routines, exercises, and even pep talk! Smile As for the pudge, just try incorporating a bit of cardio into your daily routine. Brisk walks, jogging, biking, swimming, kickboxing, etc. can all help keep ya in shape for the tryouts - while also helping you tone your bod.

so every time i shave under my arms they get all red and sore i have tried nair removal stuff but that does not work i tried waxing but it hurts too much i have even watched tutorials and read stories about how to shave your under arms right but i have no luck i hate shaving but i have to do it every 2 days i tried switching it to every 3 or 4 but they still get red sore i have been shaving for about 2 or 3 years now and it just started geting red and sore late last year any tips? thx! Smile

Hey babe,

Make sure you are using a new, sharp razor. Get the area totally wet and use warm water to open your pores. Lather up your shave gel and apply it well. Then, shave IN THE DIRECTION THE HAIR IS GROWING slowly. Clean the razor after each swipe. Afterwards, try using a lotion to soothe the area. Sometimes girls just have sensitive skin and it gets irritated easily, but these steps can help make it hurt less. And since it just started not too long ago, try to remember if you switched razor or soap brands recently. You could be allergic or irritated by the new ingredients!
