Hey girlie,

It depends on your personal fitness level at the moment! Try doing a round number tomorrow, like 25 or 30. Your muscles will start to burn because you're using them and working them out, then push beyond that and do 5 or 10 more. That way, you're helping yourself get stronger and have more endurance! The next day, try to do 5 more than the day before. Continue this trend until you can handle a lot of them! You always want to be challenging yourself in order to really get in shape Smile

I'm not very good with the body shape names, so i'm wondering what my shape is. I have very wide broad shoulders, a little waist,not huge hips, but hips big enough to say i'm quite curvy, and regular sized legs. Just curious




Hey girlie,

Since you have that tiny waist, you definitely match best with an hourglass shape! If we're getting really technical, you could also be considered a "cornet" since you have broad shoulders and a smaller bottom half - but since you do have hips and aren't totally straight on your bottom half, I'd go with the tips for hourglass chicas!

Another great moove is when you get down on your elbows and knees and extend one leg as high as it will go (with an open hip)and pulse. I pulse 35 times on each leg but it varies for your butt strength Tong Smile
