Hey girl, it makes a little difference, but not drinking soda period (or limiting your intake) would make a bigger one. Soda is full of sugar, which isn't the best.

If you wanna get in shape and healthy in two weeks, it's going to be a little bit more intense than it would be if you were to do it gradually! Try to cut out all junk food and stick to three well-balanced, healthy meals each day. (And a healthy snack, like a granola bar or cup of yogurt, if you want a lil something extra.) Use our recipes section for lots of healthy ideas! As for an exercise plan, try these articles that are designed for getting fit fast. MOD MOD! My sister and mom both aren't in very good shape. I'm starting to realize that I'm probably going to end up like them. I don't want that to happen! I want to stay fit! I don't like to jog because of all my annoying neighbors that are outside until like 11p.m. I can't run int eh morning because I already have to get up at 5:45a.m. to get ready! I also have a bad metabolism! How do I loose my extra weight?

 

Hey chica, doing little things will help you. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, drink water sometimes instead of soda, and be sure to munch on healthy snacks like granola bars and fruit. When you get in from school do sit ups, push ups, and jumping jacks. Hopefully this will help ya girl!! Smile Smile

i usually eat healthy but it not like im a total health nut. one thing that i ea that isnt healthy is in n out burger (sooo delicious) but we only have that every other saturday. like today!

Seriously. My best friend is annoying the HECK out of me. She keeps talking to me about her crush who shes been in love with for a year. Its getting soooo annoying. Its always him after him after him after "what should i do?" "what should i wear?" "does he like me?" I love her and all but....its getting on my last nerve. How do i tell her to stop without being mean?




Try talking to her one-on-one in a non-aggressive manner. Tell her that you love her, but lately you feel like you've been losing her to her to her crush-talk and that while you'll always be there for her, you'd love to get back to talking about things that made you guys best friends in the first place Smile

I've been trying to get more in shape because just running 3 or 4 laps around the track is hard for me...I've been trying to run every weekend and build up but it's hard to stick to that. Plus i want to be eating healthier. Any tips?




Start off small--try running on the treadmill and slowly increase your time. As far as eating healthier, increase the fruits, veggies and water in your diet and cut down on the bad foods Smile
