Mod Mod Mod! Me and One of my Best friends Have Just Gotten to be best friends this year when I Switched to a New school and We Became Best friends sense then! But she Spraned her Ankle and has not been able to hang out or go to school for a week! And so I Have been Hanging out with my other friends... And I Feel like they should be my best friends to.. But I don't know how to become there best friends.. When ever I hang out with them during Lunch I call it stalking.. Please help me!

At school, I have 6 friends in my main group. two of them, one I will call S and the other B, are closer than the rest of us. When we do anything in class that you get to choose partners, S and B are together. B will not let me be partners with S. How can I be friends with S if B is always stuck to her? Plus i have known S longer that B! And this is not the first time she has done this to me!
Someone help me!

okay so for my besties birthday she wants these shoes that are kind of expensive (3 of my friends are going to team up to buy the for her). We can afford it but i don't think shes going to wear the shoes very much and was thinking she might be happier with three presents shes going to actually use. But she REALLY wants the shoes so idk wat to do...please help

If your friend says she REALLY wants the shoes, maybe she will wear them a lot. If that's what she wants and you can afford them, get them for her. If you get her the other presents she might be disappointed when she doesn't get the shoes she asked for.

My friend is having her birthday party at an ice rink. The problem is I have no idea how to ice skate. I don't want to hurt her feelings by not going, but I also don't want to get hurt ice skating. I feel bad because I still haven't told her whether or not I am coming. What should I do?

 

Hey girl,

You are def not gonna be the only one at this party that doesn't know how to skate. And this party is the perfect opportunity for you to learn how! It can't hurt to just give it a whirl, and if you end up not feeling comfortable you can always just chat with a friend on the bleachers and stay for the cake. I'm sure it would mean a lot to your friend if you came!

This shouldn't have anything to do with how shy you are. If you are truly BFFs, you should feel comfortable around each other no matter what! It sounds like maybe you girls are running out of stuff to talk about. Try doing fun activities together like going to the mall or the movies, and you'll have plenty of stuff to chit chat about!

okay so there's this girl in my class who dosent like me...i dont know why because im really nice to everyone. i wouldnt really care about one person not liking me but she started talking to all of her younger friends about me and making up lies about what i've done (she said i called one of her friends fat, but when i went to talk to her friend about it her friend said that i didn't and that the one girl didn't like me). So now im getting a rep for being mean by the younger classes and i havent even done anything!!! i dont know what to do without confronting the girl and im afraid that would just make her cry and report me to the teachers for something that i didn't do!!! please help!!!




Hey chica! This girl sounds like trouble, plain and simple. It's hard to tell why she doesn't like you. She could be jealous of you. She could be insecure and her way of feeling better is to bring others down. Or, she could just be a mean girl, end of story. I'd keep being yourself and being nice to everyone. If everyone sees how nice you are, then I can't imagine why they would believe her. Maybe, try talking to a teacher or guidance counselor that you trust and sell them the sitch. Then, when you do want to confront the girl, they'll know what's up and not to believe her Smile
