i love doing yoga; its one of my fave workouts. but i dont know where i can find yoga moves that i can do to stay fit and shrink my stomach fat, and make my butt and legs smaller. i cant go anywhere away from my house and i cant get a dvd that has yoga moves. so where can i find yoga moves that i can do? Hey girlie,

Whether she's lying or not, she said this publicly so it wouldn't be out of line for you to speak up about it. Try going after school and quietly talking to a teacher or counselor at school. You could even tell your mom and dad, then figure out what you should do about it. (If they should call a counselor/principal, etc.) Rape is extremely serious and no one should have to be silent about it - they should get help and work through it with supportive people around them!

Hi! I fell off my bike on Thursday. I have really bad cuts on my hand. What can I do to have them heal really fast? They look really gross. I was hoping to have them almost or completely healed on Monday. Thank you!




Ouch, ouch! First, use a cotton ball soaked in hydrogen peroxide to make sure you've disinfected the cut and gotten all the dirt out. Then, use a first aid cream like Neosporin to take away the pain and also to promote healing. Cover it with Band-aids or a larger bandage to protect it from collecting dirt. Just keep reapplying Neosporin throughout the day and be patient til it heals all the way Smile Don't pick at it - especially not when it starts to scab!

Excuse me MOD, but theres this guy in my class, but my BEST BEST BEST friend dated him and it turned out that he was only dating her on a bet with his friend, that if he asked her out if she would say yes. I think hes cute and I think he likes me, A LOT!!!!!!! every time i would sit on th carpet at school and try to read , he would sit next to me, and try to touch me, like on my hand and sometimes the chest. But i think hes nothing but trouble i would be getting into, and my best friend would hate me. WHAT WILL I DO ???????????

 

Hey girly, I don't think you should make a move. Your best friend would be really upset, I mean she actually liked this guy. I'm sure she was really hurt when she found out he only dated her because of a bet. What kind of a guy would do something like this to someone anyway? Just think of how you would feel if you were your best friend. There are plenty of other cute guys out there girl. Hope this helps!! Smile Smile

MOD!! I'm almost positive that I have from bipolar disorder. I've been noticing it getting worse these past few months. I'm constantly changing from quiet to loud, sad to happy, angered to care free. I'll be perfectly fine, and then become very sad or even furious at someone for no reason. For example, I was sitting in my room today in a perfectly decent mood. I got up and walked into the bathroom, and immediately burst into tears for no reason. I've told a few close friends about it, but I'm scared to say anything to my parents, as they sometimes aren't the easiest people for me to talk to. Any tips or ideas?

 

Hey girl, if it's getting this bad you need to talk to a doctor to get help. Let your parents know so they can take you in to get tested. I'm sure your parents will be there for you. Hope you feel better!! Smile Smile

***MOD MOD*** Ok, so I want to look better in a bathing suit (just for me, not anyone else) I'm a little pudgy in my stomach and thighs/butt, and I have an athletic body type. Are there any types of excersized that would really work for me? Also, are there some tips on junk food cravings? Last, what type of bathing suit would look best on me (I know it's not close to summer, but i'm just curious)

 

Hey girly, well this is the best time to start working out. You have all this winter to get your perfect bod. I would try sit ups, jumping jacks, and leg lunges. Riding a bike and jogging would be helpful too. It's okay to munch on junk food every once in a while, just don't let all that stuff consume your diet. Switch out the chips and soda for a fruit smoothie and a healthy salad. Try apples and caramel dip, uncooked broccolli and carrotts with salad dressing. Two pieces would look great on you girl. Well i was planning on blocking people that messaged me, but I never got around to doing it and just ignored the page. I recently got two messages form this guy (on the flirting thingy page). I ignored the 1st message. Yesterday he sent me a message saying, " This phone has everything, except your number" Should I just ignore it like I have been? After all, I don't know the kid. Thanks! Okay, so every time i try to look at an article or do anything on girls life, a stupid LG ad pops up and gets in my way. Sometimes it has a close button and sometimes not. I had to get on a Mac computer because I couldn't post this comment because the ad didn't have a close and it wouldn't let me click post comment. This recently started happening and i have been getting very frustrated with it. When will this ad go away and why does it keep doing that? This is the first time it has happened. Thanks Smile
