Ok, I have a SERIOUS addiction to junk food. Like, if its in the hosue, I can't stop eating it! I try not too, but its gotten worse since Halloween. I pretty much ate all of my Halloween candy, but then someone bought cookies and cake and pie! I've been trying to eat a lot less lately, but i can't if theres so much temptation! And I've asked my mom to stop buying junk, and she says its not her that buys it. Most of the time it isnt, but she went and bought a ring cake just today and I'm really tempted to eat it. What do I do now? Thanks.




You gotta work your hardest not to. If youre about to go eat it, grab some water instead. A lot of time when you feel hungry youre actually thirsty. So try filling up on water and youll be more able to resist temptation. xoxo kerra

Thanks for clearing up all of those myths for me! Cool that it turned out to be 11 too, on 11/11/11 (even though I think GL did that on purpose)
