I made this for my family and everyone loved it! It was the best sweet potato i have ever had!

In my opinion, it is better to bake the sweet potatoes in the oven at 350 degrees farenheit on the rack until they are soft enough to mash. If you bake them, they have way more flavor. If you boil them, you are likely to lose the flavor.

I absolutely LOVE sweet potatoes, but I made sweet potatoe pie last year and it was super gross. all bitter and i didn't like it. Maybe I'll try this recipe this year and it'll be better.
