I no what u mean with diff religions. I'm really strong catholic and my parents are legit impossible to please when it comes to boys. For me I sometimes matter more about others opinions and I follow them so if there's a guy my fam doesn't like we sometimes break up. But that's just me. Follow ur heart

I'm muslim. In my country there are muslims and christians. Islam isn't as the world think it is. It's a very comfortable lifestyle. We do respect christians; in fact, my BFF is christian. And she's serious about her faith just the way I am. Muslims And christians believe in God, And that's what really matters. We should be ashamed from our religious problems because we should- if we are real muslims and christians- respect each other and never let some silly misunderstandings to rupt our relationships. I'd like to say to that it wouldn't be fair to think that islam is strict. Islam doesn't allow dating just for dating and to have fun, but it's a relationship based on love and respect, no problem about that.It refers to parents after all, they know what's the best for their kid.

@lemontwist213 Honestly saying all Christians are not serious about religion is untrue and uneducated. Not all Muslims are great Muslims, not all Christians are great Christians. Next time you try to show your perspective, respect (and maybe know more) about Christians. Right now you are representing your religion, and ,honestly, you made it look bad by putting down mine.

Hey chica, aww man. That's so messed up that they don't want you to date him just because he's Mexican. It can be hard to change people's minds about racial stuff like this, but as long as you're still allowed to date him I wouldn't worry. Hope this helps!

lemontwist213... If you're a real Christian, going to church and doing what the bible says is most certainly NOT optional. I know why you said that though, as there are SO many people who pretend to be Christians, and who think they can be Christians by just going to church once a week, and then totally forgetting about God and living how they want for the rest of the week. It is so sad how many fake Christians there are, and that the world sees us as hypocrites and liars because of them. I totally understand why you would think that, but it's just not true. We are very serious about our faith, and even though we do slip up sometimes, as EVERYONE does, we try our best not to. And when we do, He forgives us and takes us back into His arms. Hope I gave you a new perspective on the Christian faith! P.S. I think it is safe to assume your family has the same perspective on Christians as you do, if so could you please show them this?
