my ex-boyfriend and i had dated for 3 months, then i broke up with him in july. i regretted it as soon as i broke up with him because i realized it was probably because one of my friends were single and she was making it seem like the best thing ever. anyway, lately im starting to like him again so i asked one of my guy friends (because hes friends with my ex) if my ex liked me or anything, and my guy friend said that he is starting to like me again and stuff. should i go out with him again? my mom and most of my friends say i should, but 2 of my friends say i should wait until high school. i think i should go out with him now. should i? thanks!

No one can decide whether or not you should be in a relationship except for you, so do what your heart tells you! That being said, if you're still having reservations about dating him, why not wait a few weeks over the holiday and see where things go from there?

I feel bad about liking the guy that I like. He doesn't have a girlfriend or anything, but he's 2 years older. I don't talk to him much, but when I do it's kinda like we click. I catch him looking at me sometimes, but he doesn't look away right away, he just keeps looking for a second before looking away. Anyways, how do I stop feeling bad for liking a junior when I'm a freshman? Is it okay that I like him? Is it possible that he likes me?

There's no right or wrong answer on whether you should date older guys, so you'll just have to use your judgment! Two years may not seem like a big difference, but it can be huge in terms of goals and expectations, especially in high school. If you do decide to start a relationship with him, just make sure you're on the same page!

If he says he doesn't want a relationship, give him some time to chill. He may change his mind, or you might find a new crush! Focus on the holiday season and being with your friends and fam, and see what happens when you go back to school next year.

I feel so stupid. I told my crush that I liked him, and he led me on to think that he liked me. But, today my best friend asked him out. I don't understand. Any tips on how to feel better? Every time I think about the sitch I feel like im gonna puke.

It's hard to get over a crush, but the good news is that you're still young, and have tons of crushes ahead! Try focusing your time and energy on the holiday season and your friends and family instead of boys, and see what happens when you go back to school next semester!

This happened to me when I dumped my bf two years ago. But I was already starting to kind of get over him when I broke it off. It hurts for a while but then you start to get new things going in your life and the regret fades. At least for me anyway.

MOD MOD MOD i went shopping with a friend once and it was really fun. now we want to do it again, but my mom says no because she thinks spending too much money is a bad habit. is that true?

Mom's right that you should be wise with your money, but that doesn't mean you can't do some window shopping! Tell her you promise not to spend more than a set amount that you two both agree on. You can still spend time with your friend and try stuff on, even if you don't take it home.
