Luckily I have a very fast mile time (6:45) , with little training. My advice is keep running, no matter what. DO NOT WALK! Whenever I walk, my body tenses and it is hard to run again. Also, make sure to stretch. I also try to keep up with someone who i know is slightly faster so I can improve my time! Hope I helped

I should try doing things like this. I might start running with my dad sometime. Also something that I do when I start getting really tired is start counting I count to 8 or 4 like I would count in band while counting the rests, it helps me keep a beat to run to. I did that while running for warm ups in volleyball.
