Hey! Okay, so I'm a competitive dancer, and nationals are coming up really soon. I'm really nervous cuz I haven't been able to get any lessons to prepare. All the practicing I've been able to do is on my own! I'm really worried, cuz I've been looking forward to this and it's super important to me. Any advice? Thx-a-million! Xox<3

Hey girly! The best you can do is practice as often as possible. The more confident you are, the better you'll do. And, before the competition, make sure to get enough rest. You don't want to be tired up there performing. I'm sure you'll do great! If you believe in yourself, then the judges will, too. Good luck, and let me know how it goes!

My stepdad is driving me crazy!!!
He's all about me wanting to be a prefect Christian girl. I want to have a boyfriend, drive, and go to public school but he says I can't do that unless I join his tai kwon do class cuz he thinks every boy in the world is terrible. My mom is less strict about this stuff but I don't know what to do.
HELP ME!!!!!!

hey! try talking with your mom about how you feel maybe you can all sit down and come to a compromise on these things. If not, you have to accept his rules, or you'll be miserable. Trust me, you'll find ways to get through it if you can stay positive and never stop being you!

Ok this may sound crazy but I'm real nervous cause my crush just asked me out. I've never been asked out by anyone and I actually didn't just wait for him to come up to me and talk. I've never had this happen and feel really scared and nervous but I have no clue why. Should I be nervous, how can I overcome this, and why might I be nervous?

This doesn't sound crazy at all! I think it's totally normal to be nervous about a first date! I don't think you can overcome it though, but just think about it as excitement and not nervousness. This is going to be great, I'm sure you guys will have a great time! Have fun

ok so yesterday i was hanging around with my bff(which now shes my ex bff),my crush n his friends.so we were all talking n my ex bff said to him ''who would u date me or her'' n he said ''u(ex bff)cuz she(me)is flat chested.'' so then i got mad and i found out what he thinks bout me and now i dont know what to do...HELP!!!!!

I think you are over reacting. Did your friend ask that question in order to see if he liked you or because she likes him. You should find out the truth.

Do you have any mutual friends? Try to get them to plan a "hang out" where you can spend time with him, chat for a while, and get to know him even better. Then towards the end of the night, you could pull out your phone while you're in the middle of the good convo. Say something like, "Ok, you have to put your number in my phone. I might have to text you if I need music recommendations!" (Or something related to what you had been talking about in the convo - sports, movies, books, computers, whatever.) It's a casual and friendly way to snag his number - he won't suspect a thing

Hey girl,

If he knows you like him, how has he acted about that? Does he seem ok with it? Into it? Weirded out by it? Try to hang out with him outside of school so you can grow even closer as friends. If he's your BGF, getting his number (or giving him yours) should be no problem! Just snag his phone and say something like, "How do we not have each other's numbers by now? Crazy!" Then put yours in his phone. Try to be light-hearted and chill about the situation... he'll pick up on that and be the same
