Mod mod mod Okay, I have two questions. First of all, on Saturday, I got home really late, and went to bed without thinking (I'm on my period right now.) I was wearing my favorite white-ish, basically off white, pants and I didn't even change my pad. I bleed through and stained my jeans. How do I get it out?! And second, my period slows way down when I workout. Like, almost stopping. I ran out of tampons the other day, so I just wore a pad this morning when a went for a run. When I got back, there was barely any blood. But then it just went back to normal after that. Is that normal? Is it something I should be worried about? If so, should I talk to my mom about it? What should I say to her?? Sorry for ALL the questions, but I'm worried... Thanks.(: Hey babe, Your pants should be fine as long as you put some stain stick or other stain solution on them! I don't think it's strange for your period to change depending on how active you are. It's bound to fluctuate all the time! If you're worried though, asking your mom is a good idea. Jordan S.

A few brands that sell lights are: Tampax Cardboard Tampax Pearl plastic, Tampax Pearl Compak plastic, Playtex Gentle Glide plastic (comes in a multi-pack of light and regular absorbencies only), Playtex Sport plastic (also comes in a multi-pack of light and regular absorbencies only)

summergirl190, I can understand your situation. I worry about that too... but I think what I am going to do and what you should is to buy tampons with a light absorbency. Then change it when you feel you need too, but if your period is really light you can keep it in for up to 8 hours but not over. Plus, even if it is not full, they are so tiny that they should not hurt anyway. It is your choice in the end, however. If you do not feel it is safe for you to use even the light ones, that's okay. Plus, don't worry, your period probably will get heavier as your body gets into a normal cycle.

Mod Mod Mod... sorry for all the questions first off. so if I have a tampon in and i go to the bathroom but it doesn't need to come out yet do I still have to put in a new tampon or what do I do? Thanks a bunch!!! Hey babe, If you don't feel the need to change it yet then you don't have to! Jordan S.

Mod mod mod... So if I use a tampon does that not make me a virgin? Just curious. Thanks so much! Hey chica, No! That is definitely a rumor. Losing your virginity and putting in a tampon are two completely different things, you are definitely still a virgin. Jordan S.
