I am in a science fair tomorrow and I don't know what to wear! It say "dress to impress." What's your advise?




Hey girlie,

Since it's a science fair (aka a school event), you'll either want to dress one of two ways:

A. In something related to your topic. For example, I did a project on the Wright Brothers (aka the brothers who invented the first airplane) in middle school. I dressed as one of them, complete with a cool hat, mustache, vest, etc. It looked neat and like I really put a lot into the project because I dressed the part! 

B. Very professional. A dress with a cardigan on top, a pair of dress pants and a pretty girly top... you get the idea. Something you would wear for a holiday with your grandparents, or something you'd wear to church, or something you'd wear to an interview for something important! <3

MOD MOD MOD My 8th grade dance is coming up and I want to look natural. I don't want to wear too much makeup and I don't want to not wear makeup either. Can you help me with what kind of makeup I should use? And maybe help me find a dress that is cheap but super cute? I also have 3 wedding's I have to go to this summer and will be in 2. Got any tips on dresses?

 

Hey ljbdaisy, you could try wearing a dash of mascara (Covergirl has great proudcts), lip gloss (which you can get from anywhere) and maybd a little bit of black eyeliner(check outCoverGirl, Maybelline and L'oreal). For dresses, both for the dance and summer weddings check out Forever21, Wet Seal, Target, Delias, Lulus and Garage. Hope this helps! X0x0

do you know any stores that sell very cheap clothes? i pay for my own clothes and im not old enough to get a job so i only have around $50. i know forever 21 is cheap but im an XS and cant usually fit into their clothes. any suggestions?

OMG its my dream to become a fashion designer. i'm not exactly the coolest person at school and i dress kinda weird. ( i once wore a scarf as a armband that twisted around my entire arm for a school dance.)also admitted that i have trouble at school. but others at my school have no goals except to marry and become a house wife.I AM NOT THE SORT. do i have a shot to become big? pLZPLZPLZPLZ respond. i need to know i can make it from someone else besides me.

Fashion week is over but it is really hard to get even a volenteer job there. You just have to know the right people.
