Help please!! I'm really scared. I used to not care about my weight, but about a month ago I started to look in the mirror and think; fat. So I haven't been eating a lot, and i'm losing weight- but now my friends are getting really worried and saying it's bad for me. I've heard about eating disorders. but do I really have one? And if so, could you help me in understanding how to stop? Thank you.

Hey girl! It is very unhealthy to just stop eating food all together, you still need your 3 meals a day and snacks in between to stay healthy and not harm your body. Rather than just skip food completely, try eating healthier snacks like celery or strawberries. And to work on the look of your body, hit the gym or go for a run to get in shape. But make sure you are eating enough to stay healthy and fit.

1) Do you know a place where I could get cheaper weights (like the 4lb one)?
2) I recently made the cheer leading team as a flyer, and I was wondering if you have any excersizes that can help. Any at all.

1. $7 is actually a pretty good deal for two hand weights. You could look for coupons to Dick's sporting goods and other sports stores, but otherwise that's probably how much you'll have to pay. If you can't do that right now, try turning to stuff around the house - two juice bottles, two bags of frozen veggies, etc. Get creative!

2. Awesome, congrats! The best thing to do is chat with your coach, your team captain, and other girls on your team. Ask them what exercises would be best to do - they can help you prepare because they've been there! <3

Hey j4mz09, try David's Bridal, Dillards, Macys, JC Penny, Nordstrom, and local boutiques in you area. And for your love handles try squats, push ups, side bends, jogging and even hula hooping. Hope this helps! Xoxo

Not to be a show-off, but pretty much my minimum dumbbell weight at the gym is like 12lbs. My most is 25lbs.
