i need a work out to make your belly tighter Smile thanks!

Hey Girl,

Check out our fitness page for tons of ab routines. You could also try swimming and yoga, which are great for your core. Ab work alone though wont burn belly fat-- you need cardio to do that.

Is there any workout that will make your face tighter? Specifically the cheek area, because my face is sorta saggy in a way, and it makes me feel self conscious .
Thanks! c:

Hey girl,

Some programs promise "facial exercises" that work your muscles in your face, but the only thing that will actually work is focusing on eating right and working out your whole body. Your face might just naturally be round, but cardio/good meal choices are always great if you feel like you need to lose a couple pounds - and you'll see some slimming in your face too. But really, your face is gorgeous the way it is!!!!! <3

what if you dont have a step thing? are there any other workouts you could do? also, as a suggestion, you should put those little video clips on how to do something coz the instructions start getting confusing=/

Hey girl,

Video clips are a great idea, thanks for the tip! If you don't have a step machine, you probably have stairs in your house or somewhere nearby, so running up and down them is a great and free way to exercise!

Mod Mod Mod!!! Please help!
ok i need help with a workout because i'm skinny and all but i need something to cut down my belly fat and give me more muscle(because i can't even do a push-up)! and i'm 14! and what could i eat for a healthy lunch if i'm super picky and allergic to peanuts&cheese.

Hey girl! Start out with some simple, small changes. It sounds like you want to build some muscle (which takes patience and time!), but it's certainly not impossible. Every morning when you wake up (or whenever you have a few spare minutes), practice doing one full pushup. Focus on your form--one excellent pushup is better than 50 incorrect pushups. If you are unsure of how to properly do a push up, you can find a tutorial on YouTube. Once you have the form down and can do one successfully, start doing two each morning. Each week, add a few more. Before you know it, you'll be able to do 20 awesome push ups!

The best way to build muscle is to lift weights. Buy some weights that are heavy, but still possible for you to lift with good form. You can buy inexpensive weights from a sporting goods store or even Target. Just be sure to check with your doctor and parents first to avoid injury.

Your daily diet is key in cutting down belly fat. Aim for lots of fruits and veggies, lean sources of protein (like chicken and turkey), fish (like salmon), whole grains, and good fats (like avocados, olive oil). Nuts and seeds are also a great source of fat--are you able to eat almonds? Here are some great lunch options:

-Two pieces of whole grain bread with almond or sunflower seed butter and natural jam

-Greek yogurt with fresh fruit

-Turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, and spinach on two pieces of whole grain bread

-Salad loaded with veggies and chicken (with light dressing)

Remember, start out small and work your way up!

I'm not trying to sound obnoxious or anything but how come none of my questions been answered for the past week?

Hey chica! Sometimes, we get pretty busy over here and questions slip through the cracks. Keep asking, and we should eventually get to it.
