Mod Mod Mod! So I had this thing going on with a close friend of my brother. I wouldn't really call it dating all we did was kiss and talk on the phone, we never really had a real date. So the other day he and brother came back and were staying at my house. (There in college and I'm 17) And they where going to this thing with other college students and older kids. And I asked if I could go along and he replyed, "No, your just a kid." And I tryed to act like it didn't bother my and I just went back to my room. So when they came home really late that night my brother went right to bed but me and my brothers best friend went and sat on the deck. And I asked him why he had to be so rude to me before and he just shrugged and said because it as true. So I was like,"Whatever we had, it over," and then I went back inside to bed. They left before I go up the next day. Well anyways there coming back next weekend. What should I do??? How should I act???

 

 

Hey chica! As tough as it is, I'd forget this guy. At least for now, anyway. First of all, if he's over 18, it's illegal for him to have anything going on with you. That could be a big concern of his. Maybe someone said something about that to him. And maybe, when you get out of high school, or turn 18, then you can try talking to him and see if anything has changed. For now though, I'd treat him as a friend and nothing more. When he's around, just do your thing and don't give him any special attention. If you let it be awkward, then that's no good. Just treat him like any other one of your bro's friends.

Haha, my friend is always saying I talk way too much. And then I accidentally said "Really? No I don't! Do I? Does anyone else think so? Is that a good thing or a bad thing! I don't try to! Do I talk more than the average person..." and then she said "Exactly..." under her breath. LOL. Don't take offence from it. Honestly, would you rather be really quiet, or really talkative. That second one...
