So I really like this guy at school and belore we dated in the years and now we aren't together but I still kinda like him but he can be such a jerk!what should i do mod this is an emegency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!




Hey girlie,

You gotta decide if you want to grow closer again (to be friends or something more) or if he's SUCH a jerk that you want to get over him. Once you decide, work hard at reaching that goal. Either talk to him a little online/in class to reconnect (small talk will do the trick at first), or surround yourself with friends and new hobbies to put him out of your mind. <3

Mod Mod Mod
I get really sore after practice. We have it Monday (right after the weekends) Wednesday and Thursday. I was wondering if you had tips to not be sore (wrong grammar) for a whole week. And if this helps it's track and field.




Hey girlie,

Did you just start up practice for the season? We usually get sore when we're not used to using those muscles and working out in that way, so sometimes it takes some time (and patience) before the soreness goes away. But the more you practice regularly, the less it will hurt! Always make sure you stretch and warm up (for at least 5 minutes) before running/working out. And make sure you hydrate throughout, then stretch again afterwards as a cool down! Otherwise, just hang in there and you'll gradually feel a difference! <3

the quick feet drill is called foot fire, and you use it to train for basketball but a little harder with jumping as high as you can for "rebounds" and falling to the floor "taking a charge"
