So I liked this guy and he liked me. About like a few weeks ago he told me he relized that he doesn't like me anymore. I still have feelings for him a bit but I don't think he has any left for me. I sit right in the back of him and he is all ways asking the teacher when we can switch seats. How do I get this guy out of my mind? When he sai that he didn't like me anymore he also said "... I don't wanna date or like anyone right now" but I started to relize that he's going back to his very 1st girlfriend at the starting of the year. I always see him and her laughing together but she also dates alot of guys but doesn't stay in a relashionship longer than 1 month. Ik that he derserves best. What do I do?

Hey girl,

If he's not ready for a relationship (or at least says he's not), it sounds like you should move on to another guy, and whether he gets back with his other girlfriend or not is his decision. Since the summer is coming up and you likely won't see him as much anyway, use your time off from school as a way to scope out some new cuties and focus on your hobbies and spending time with your friends, not on guys! You'll have so much fun that you'll forget him in no time Smile

Mod mod! There's this boy in my global and English class that is starting to freak me out. Last week in English we were doing a scene from Romeo and Juliet, and my seat was facing him and I turned my head and he was staring right at me. So I put my book in front of my face and casually looked over it and he was still staring at me. 5 five minutes later he looked away but a minute later he started in at it again. And the look he had in his face kinda like a stalker. I told my friend who isn't in my English class but in my global class and she said he'd been doing that for 4 weeks. Does he like me? I have nothing against him but Id prefer to date guys taller than me (I'm 5 foot 7) if not a few inches shorter, but hes like 1 foot and 1/2 shorter than me. HELP PLEASE

 

Hey chica!

I'd say try to not let him staring at you distract you. If after a few days he doesn't stop, calmly confront him and ask why he prolongedly stares at you and say how it makes you feel uncomfortable. Although there is nothing wrong with girls being taller than their boyfriends (many couples are that way), it's a good idea not to date him if you feel from the start that he's not the guy for you. You probably don't have to fret about turning him down until he actually asks you, which he might not do unless he feels encouraged. <3

For some reason, all the nerds in my grade like me. I want to tell them that their not my type, but how do i do that? I tried last year, but he was so crushed he wouldn't quit annoying me. Help?




Hey girl,

First off, you definitely can't get all the nerds together and give them a speech that starts off with, "Please stop liking me..." It's not gonna end that way! Instead of that, try to get to know them all personally. Enjoy the attention, chat in a friendly way while in class, and know that you don't have to be friends with these guys - just don't shut them down before giving them a chance. (Duh, nerds rock!) Chatting with you and flirting is kinda normal and you don't need to jump down their throats for giving you a bit of attention. But if one of them starts flirting too much or even asks you out, then you can let them down gently - "Thanks so much for asking, you're such a great guy but I think we're better as friends. I'm really sorry." That way, you're able to keep his feelings in mind while telling the truth. <3

About 2 months ago I liked this guy. Nobody knew that I liked him but he dropped a lot of hints that he liked me. I didn't do anything about it. Now, he's starting dating one of my best friends. I barely have feelings for him anymore, they're almost completely gone. But every time I hear that something good happened between them, I get a pang in my stomach that lasts for hours. How do I finally get completely over this guy and just start being happy for their relationship?

i found out my bgf liked me so i decided to date him. after about 1 month i heard rumors that he liked this other girl and told her she had a "nice butt". i broke up with him and when i found out the rumors weren't true i told him i wanted him back. he said he liked someone else. now its REALLY awkward between us! how do i get him to be my bgf again?!



Hey girlie,

All you can really do for now is to talk to him about it.  Sometimes, after you've taken the step beyond friends it can be very difficult, if not impossible to return to being just friends.  You're welcome to try though.  Let him know that you understand that your relationship is over but that you were hoping you could continue with your friendship and that you miss that.

I have heard that if a guy picks on you or laughs at you a lot, then they have a crush on you, but a lot of guys are like that at my school and they are jerks. Im in 6th grade so it might be because they cant take anything seriously but im not sure

Hey girl,

Have you told him you don't like him? It sounds harsh, but it might be the easiest way to get him to ease up. If he knows you're not interested, he'll (hopefully) take a hint and move on. Don't be too mean, though -- you don't want to hurt his feelings, so you can tell him you still want to be friends (but only friends) but that you like spending time with your other guy friends, too.
