I have a Charlotte Russe black strapless dress with a bejweled bodice for the spring dance. What shoes, makeup, nail color, and purse color should I go for in order to stand out?

i have a pale pink all-over sparkly dress with a little silver, a sweetheart neckline, spaghetti straps, and tied at the waist. im pale. Whats the best lip color, nail color, and accesories? i dont think the red lips would work.
also, im really bad at talking to guys. im awkward and shy and dont really know what to say, even when its just a random kid. i dont think im a good flirt either. i dont wanna come off strong, but i guess im being too subtle. what am i supposed to do? thanks so much!

If you're wearing a pale pink dress, red lipstick probably wouldn't be the best choice anyway. Why not try keeping your makeup natural and adding a statement piece of jewelry like a bracelet or cocktail ring? A lot of girls are nervous about talking to guys -- you don't have to flirt or act different than you would normally, so just start a conversation about a comfortable topic like school or movies and see where things go from there! If you keep having conversations, you won't come off as subtle when you spend more time together.

My school's spring dance is coming up and I already got my dress but I have no idea what shoes to wear! It's like a shiny champagne color and I can't think of any colors that would go with it, do you know what colors look good with champagne? Thanks!

I'd probably go with either a patent nude heel or a sparkly gold strappy sandal! You could also try a chocolate brown or go bold with a pop of color like royal blue, emerald green, or funky purple pumps Smile

Layers would look great on you! Keep your length, but start some layers about chin level. It'll give your hair body, texture and some bounce! Smile You could also do straight-across bangs or side bangs if you want to mix things up that way.
