I really want to start working out, to get slimmer: Can you help me figure out a good plan? Like monday it could target thighs, tuesday is abs etc. How could I do that? By the way, I have access to Just dance 3, a yoga mat, space to run and a pool. Thanks!

I am a dancer so I am dancing at least two nights a week,plus rehearsals for my dance productions which are fairly intense. Still,I need to lose a little weight. What are some ways I can try to be healthier? I've been trying to get up and move more and eat healthier,too.
Also,in one of my dances I have to be lifted by this guy.Its not that the guy creeps me out(hes older than me and really nice and has experience with this sort of thing!)but the fear of falling.How can i get over this?

I am a swimmer in the summer and I'm on a swim team too.I am afraid that i'll get my period and i know i'll have to put a tampon in and it scares me and i don't even like thinking about it. How do i get over it and is there anyway i can swim during my period
P.s. my mom MIGHT let me stay home during my period,

Im very tall and skinny.Many people say i need to eat more, then the other half says one day(with my high metabolism, and the junky food im eating) im going to become fat later!!! Im so worried about my body and how underweight i am....what should i do? should i still exercise normally but watch the foods i eat?
That sounds about right as to what you should do. You can't really beat your metabolism, you're born with it so you can only adapt to it. Jordan S.

MOD MOD MOD MOD! I need to lose about 20 pounds. I exercise often in gym class and the actual gym, and I started a diet. Is it going to work? What should I take away or add? For breakfast, i am having a cup of Greek Yogurt. Lunch, string cheese and an apple. Snack, banana. Lots of water. Dinner, whatever my family is having. I am a vegetarian.THANKS SO MUCH!

i have never done a 5k how do you train if youre not a regular runner....theres a more than a month and i can start training now....any ideas?thnx!
If you're starting up with a 5k, I'd work on your endurance the most. To make sure you'd be able to run the whole length of the course. You should also keep in mind that you're going to need to pace yourself.
Maybe start running a few times a week, and each time you run, do another 2-5 more minutes than the day before. Jordan S.

Im supposed to go swimming today but im on my period. Can i just wear a panyliner instead of a tampon cuz i cant get the tampon in? or could i just go without anything cuz my flow is really light? ASAP thankss
A pantyliner won't be very reliable to absorb anything since it will be full of pool water, so your best bet is to figure out the works of a tampon. They have pamphlets in the boxes on how-to. Jordan S.
