I love Eat, Pray, Love!!!!!!!!!! Such a good movie, and Julia Roberts is an amazing aCtress! Legally Blonde sounds funny, too, but I haven't seen it. Want to!!!

my family treats me like I am 4. I can't listen to my own music, wear the clothes I want, do things with my friends when i hang out with my friends, its so bad I cant EVEN READ Sarah Dessen books. Its mostly my sister though she mothers me. Like shouldnt it be my moms choice. The bad thing is my sister sayd things in a mean way. Like: why are you listening to this. Its innaproprite(idk how to spell it haha) Or like i cant even see some PG-13 AND IM 13! what do i do.?

 

Hey chica!

Although it sucks, that's how it is for most teens. Your best bet probably would be to have a conversation with them. Whenever you think something is age appropriate for you, but your family doesn't, you could ask them why they think otherwise and explain why you think it is. And you could talk to your sister about saying something in a mean way, she probably is just trying to look out for you and doesn't realize how it comes across. <3
