Also, i really like the elf mascara. It's $1(whoa) and hypoallergenic, and it works better than anything else I've used. It stays on, but then it comes off great with makeup remover. I LOVE elf. I also like the Revlon brand for eyeshadow.

Hey Girly,
I think it would be okay for someone your age to use an exfoliator only if your skin needs it at this time. If your skin is oily or has blemishes, it would be okay for you to start using it. If your skin is fine right now, I wouldn’t start using it because some exfoliators can agitate skin and cause it to break out. It is good though to develop a good face washing regimen while your young to keep skin healthy as you age. I heard Clinique has a great brand of exfoliators. It all depends on your skin type but you can find a wide range of exfoliators at most drug stores. Hope this helps doll!
