NO NO NO NO NO !!!!!! D:< Maybe if it's optional yes, but I think we should drop the useless classes and we'd get a lot more time to work (like no more option classes or gym) I HATE SCHOOL!!! ):

I think this is a good idea but it should be only 1 or 2 times a week and only for the kids getting c's and below for others it should be optional. But it can get in the way of after school activities.

This is absolutely ridiculous! School is already bad enough!! My friends and I always compare it to prison! You eat when they tell you to, you go to the bathroom when they tell you to! Next year I have to start getting up at 5 in the morning just to get readt to go to school. I will definately not tolerate being at school for 9 or 10 hours.

NO! NO! NO! OUR SCHOOL DAY IS LONG ENOUGH AS IT IS. We have a long school day, we have lots of homework and extra after school activities we do. We also have our social lives and facebook is adding to that. With school in the way as it is, I barely get any sleep. This would make things SO MUCH WORSE. I would seriously make my parents homeschool me if this happened.

thats terrible! so many kids dont get enough sleep and dont stay awake in school and having later hours would add to it if you get home at 6 then have like 2 hours of homework plus sports youll be getting even less sleep!!

That is a terrible idea!! School is already hard enough and there is way too much homework. After staying at school till 6, the last thing I want to do is homework. I get around 2 hours a day and I'm only in seventh grade!! High school would be terrible! Also, kids who do sports won't have enough time. Canceling sports would take away a fun way for kids to exerciase, instead of gym class runnning killer laps. After a long day, kids could also stay up late doing something (like playing on the computer or something for a friend) that they couldn't do before because they had school work. Then kids would get less sleep and that causes even more stress. I read somewhere (I don't remember where) that some kids actually got sick from so much stress from school work. Kids need time to relax.

NO!!! I dont think this is a good idea AT ALL!! our brains would tire out by the end of the day and we wouldn't be able to think straight! Our grades will just grow down with all the pressure and over thinking. Teens and Tweens need time to socialize and relax to refresh their minds for the next day!
