I personally think that Shay's dress is better, but that's just because it's more my style with the high neck and lace. Although, Chelsea looks gorgeous in hers too!

If you just judge by the dress, then Chelsea. If you judge by the hair, Shay. If you judge the shoes, both are cute. By the clutch, Shay. That's my opinion

Well I like Shay's gold clutch, and I think her dark red/brown pumps are a nice touch, though they don't really match; she should've gone with one or the other. The dress is simple yet sophisticated, and the hair is good. Shay's look is a little more fun, with pink heels, bangles and a silver clutch, especially with the ruched dress. her hair is sporty. overall, I vote for Shay!

I like Shay's more. It looks way more sophisticated than Chealsea's. I think Chealsea would have looked a lot better if she hadn't worn those ugly pink heels!!

Chelsea, for sure! This dress is beautiful and edgy which describes her. Shay's is pretty put can't really see the lace/too basic.

i like Chelsea's. It looks more summertime with the pink heels than Shay's with just plain brown with a dress that looks like its made for fall weather rather than almost summer. but i have to say, they both look really good!

Chelsea is pretty but it is TOO much going on.... Shea has an elegance factor.. I am a huge fan of Chelsea but I have to admit Shea wore it better!

I think Shay is the sure fire winner! I definitely think that Shay's shoes are much better than Chelsea's since hers are so hot pink and overly bold. Shay has a cute golden clutch which makes a perfect addition to the white dress. Also Chelsea's dress isn't very flattering on her.
