I feel like my thighs are so much fatter than the rest of my body. I was trying on swimsuits with my mom the other day and i instantly thought when i looked in the mirror was "i look so fat". any good work out for losing weight on my thighs quickly?
There's no way to lose weight on one specific part of your body. That's called spot reduction and it is impossible. You'd have to do cardio which deals with your whole body, or try to strength train and tone your thighs specifically. That's the only way to do such a thing. Jordan S.

Okay, Honestly. I LOVE GL alot, So I showed it to my best friend, Deightion. But, GL's 'Weight loss' tips got to her. All she eats is half an apple at lunch at school & I have no idea what she eats at home. But, With her new fave Mag supporting her to become skinny & work out I'm scared she might become Anorexic or Bulimic. Please, Maybe in a newer issuse you could put something about eating disorders, Please. I really love her & I want her to be safe, also, Shes so skinny! She should love her body, not ruin it!
