I wanna slim down my thighs. I have really short legs, and there is a lot of fat built up there. They aren't like HUGE, but they're pretty big. My friends will joke around and be like "Look at her thighs!" They aren't trying to be mean, but it still hurts. I'm kinda embarrassed to wear shorts, mini skirts, and my bathing suit. What are some moves you would recommend for quick results?
