Hi! So I recently found out that I weigh 52kg (116lbs) when I went to a friends house. You see I'm only 12 and about 5'2". I'm not skinny at all and I dont want to be but almost every girl in my class is thinner than me. I dont know if it's just gaining a lot of weight before hitting the growth spurt but I have only grown about 2cm since last september! Is my weight and height normal? Thanks again xxx

 

Hey girlie!

For your height, age, and gender, you're at a healthy weight! Being skinny isn't important, it's healthy that matters. The other girls in your class might not be as tall as you, or maybe their bodies are a little behind in growing (or yours is a little ahead). Whatever it is, you're definitely a healthy weight and size, there's nothing to worry about. Keep up the healthy eating and exercise and you'll be good to go! i am trying to workout but whenever i do i get dizzy after 1 min of the workout! jumping jacks makes me dizzy, sqauts and pushups also although i sweat quick so is that good? can you please help me find a workout that wont make me dizzy.




Hey girl!

Make sure you're drinking a lot of water throughout the day. The dizziness could be because you're dehydrated. Sweating quickly is totally OK, just make sure you're replenishing your body with water after your workout!
