mod mod mod! I need help! I am overweight and really insecure bout it. I was so excited for summer to come cus that meant I didn't have to go out and meet people. all I need to lose is like 20 lbs but I'm having trouble. Ive been exercising and I like it and it has been helping but the problem is eating. I try to eat a bit less and healthier but then I just end up eating more cus I'm so hungry! idk what to do anymore. have any ideas

You should eat if you're hungry! If you're exercising and eating fruits and veggies, you need food for energy. And try not to think about your weight so much. People will still love you the way you are Smile

MOD MOD MOD (Sorry it's so long.)
Please help! I want to loose about 10 pounds, and I'm going to be 13 in a couple weeks. I can't say my weight though, which is a problem in this case...but i'll try to explain leaving that out. I want to start eating healthy and exercising but there are 2 problems. 1, I only like 3 vegetables, which are carrots, peas, and corn, which is actually a starch. I love almost every type of fruit out there, but I can't stand vegetables. And only 1 of those veggies is green. I don't know what to do, because I didn't choose what I like to eat-my tastebuds do that. I don't want to east something I hate. And also, I hate almost all sports (and stink at all of them too). I've liked gymnastics for a while and recently begun to love dance, but I don't take classes for either. Please help! I really want to loose weight and feel better but I don't know how! Thank you sooo much for even reading this.

Hey Girl--

I'm sure you haven't tried every vegetable out there! Just because you don't like raw broccoli doesn't mean you might not love seasoned vegetable stir fry. Try experimenting with different recipes to work veggies into most meals. As for exercise-- gymnastics and dancing sound great! Maybe you could also try running, swimming or a team sport.
