Honestly by the time you hit high school guys don't care about periods anymore they know whats going on so if they end up finding y=out they don't say anything my BGF can usually tell by my mood when its my time of the month

I've been really stressed for almost a year now because I have a LOT of signs that my period is coming but I haven't gotten it! I don't want it to happen at a random time, especially at school cause I'm not prepared at all. Frown Help on getting prepared?. Thanks .




The first time you get your period, it's usually very light. So even if you do get it in school, it's not a big deal. Just make sure you keep tampons/pads (whatever your more comfortable with) in your locker. And always keep one in your purse if you're ever out.

Hey Girlie, discharge is to clean everything out and even if you aren't on your period, you should be getting it. if you're itchy down there, though it could be a sign of a yeast infection and you should get checked out by a doctor.

We're good friends, we've know each other since 4'th grade and our parents were friends since college. The only reason I'm nervous to ask him to come with me to the dance is because I'm scared its going to ruin our friendship, I'm scared that if I ask him and he says no, it'll be so awkward and that if I ask him and he says yea and we end up dating then breaking up it will so be wired cause our parents work at the same place, so we spend Christmas/Easter/and Halloween together every year.

Well I've been having my period for about two years now, but I have never used a tampon. Its kinda embarrassing but I'm really scared about it. It just freaks me out and I'm afraid I'll like I something wrong and I've heard about how you can get TSS from leaving a tampon in for too long so im pretty scared about it. The problem is I go to the pool a lot during the summer and I go t a camp where we go swimming a lot, and I don't want to have to sit out! I don't know what to do... I feel like a wimp.

I'm worried because around march I got a physical done and they said if it doesn't start by the time your 14 see your doctor. Also I started swim for my gym class and the teacher marks when you start your period and I'm embarrassed because I haven't started mine. Sorry this is so long.

Hey girlie,

Your period can be extremely light where you barely notice it, but more than spotting.  Spotting is very normal, but it is not your period.  I can't exactly tell you when you will get it but it does sound like it's on its way in the near future.  We've got a few articles on this if you're curious! I have had my period for like five months so I am still kinda new so I have some questions.
1. When I have my period it get's "messy" down there. Blood will be all over so I have to clean it hope with toilet paper! I shower twice a day but it doesn't help. I am still using pads since I am new and I have tried tampons but I want to mature a little first. What can I do to keep cleaner? It's gross. /:
2. I am very irregular still but for 5-7 weeks I have swimming lessons EVERY Friday! My parents are paying a lot so I just can't go. I don't know if I will get my period and if I do it may be light so I won't have to worry but what if I have to use a tampon? I tried and I am way too scared! My mom even tried helping!
3. I am so embarrassed of my period. With my friends I don't care because they kinda look up to me because I got it 1st. (UGH) But in front of my parents I am. My older sis isn't because she had it for years. How can I get over this?




Hey girl, 1) I think you're taking the right steps there: unfortunately periods are messy. Just shower daily and change your pad every couple of hours. You should be fine. 2) If you're on your period and swimming, you should use a tampon regardless. I know it's freaky, but think of the others in the pool (and your bathing suit bottom). It's way important to use something to keep it clean and in. If the tampon is too freaky now, you can always tell your instructor and they should understand. Periods are only a week, so you'd only miss one lesson a month. 3) Time is really the solution to that. Trust me when I say all girls get their periods eventually. You may be first, but your friends will catch up. You'll realize soon enough having a period is no biggie (just a bit of a pain sometimes, literally!) Try not to overthink it and just let it come and go.

Hey girlie,

Your period is probably heavy, so it's making the tampon "bigger" because it's soaked up more liquid. I know it's scary at first, but it's normal for it to feel a little weird/uncomfy at first. Just hang onto the string and pull as firm as you can. It'll slide right out! Relax your muscles "down there" and wince your face if you have to - sometimes that makes dealing with discomfort easier. But the more you use tampons, the less it hurts because your muscles get used to it! Smile

Hey girl! It depends on how heavy your period is. If its not too heavy but not super light, I'd change it about every four hours (if you're swimming maybe right before you go in and when you get out). I would bring extra just in case though cause you never know when it'll get heavy. Bring six to be safe I suppose and a pad for overnight! Hope this helps! xoxo

Hey girlie! It'll take some time getting used to the blood, but if you use a tampon, it'll seem less like blood, so if you're ready for that, it might help. As for being tired, make sure you get enough iron when you have your period, which will help keep your energy levels up. xoxo

Start by telling your dad so that he can get you pads! Then when you see your mom you can tell her about it or you can call her later, but for right now you need to get pads asap so you will have to tell your dad!

Tampons can be tricky at first but are definitely worth it. Tell your mom that playing sports and swimming will be way easier without worrying about leaks. Also, suggest using some lubricating gel to help-- virgins can use tampons too.if she does say no, make sure you remain respectful and don't whine.

Hey girl!

The best way to get the stain out is to wash the clothes, of course. If you don't know how to use the washer and dryer you could take the detergent and hand wash your clothes and sheets so the stain will be lifted as much as possible. Do the best you can and tell your mom when she gets home.

Hey girl!

The only way you can go swimming while on your period is to use a tampon. I know it can be scary, especially because you're so young, but it's the best way to go. There are directions in every box on how to put one in, so check those out. Plus, you can always ask your mom, a trusted adult, or friend to help you too.

Yes, this does sound like your period! Since you can't talk to your mom about what to do, is there someone else (a friend who has their period, an older sibling/cousin, a friend's parent that you trust, a school nurse) you can talk to and ask questions? Either way, check out our Periods, Period question for lots of info: http://www.girlslife.com/category/periods-period.aspx To answer your questions:

- Usually, you can leave your pad on for about 5-6 hours. But if you're using a regular sized pad and your period "flow" is heavy, you'll have to change it more often and might leak onto your underwear. The best thing to do is to check it often and be prepared to change your pad way more regularly.

- For your stomach, try taking 2 Advil, Midol, Pamprin, or Tylenol. These will help make the pain less intense! You could also get a hot water bottle or a microwavable heat pad and rest it over your lower belly. The heat helps your muscles relax.

- To swim during your period, you CANNOT use pads. You'll need to learn how to use tampons - check out our tampon guides here:

I got my first period cramps on Thursday, and they were the first ones I ever had! But, no period. On Friday night, I was babysitting and I went to the restroom. I saw a little red dot, but I was really confused, because I knew it was spotting, but I was wondering if it meant my period was coming? My Mom said, "Meh, must've just been thread or something." So I just forgot about it. But last night, I went to the bathroom, and there were more little red spots (like maybe this big ".") and there were some really little red smears mixed in with my discharge. I know that was definitely spotting. Also, I got cramps last night. Does this mean my period is coming REALLY soon? Or do I still have a while? I'm around 100 pounds, I have spotting and cramps (obvi), armpit and pubic hair, and I have horrible acne and a TON of discharge right now. Please reply ASAP! Thank-you!

 

I think you're getting your period VERY soon. Especially since you have so much spotting and are feeling cramps. I would stock up on tampons and pads if I were you. xoxo kerra

I'm turning 14 in 2 months, and I think I'm going to get my period this week or in 3-4 weeks because yesterday, I got these really weird cramps that were super low. So I asked my Mom about it, and she said that those were period cramps! Those were my first period cramps (and I am still getting them today!) I also am getting REALLY heavy discharge, and I have all the signs of my period. I get all the period symptoms around the same time my mom gets her period, so that's why I think it's either this week or in 3-4 weeks. You get cramps like 2-3 days before your period, right? Is it the same thing with your first period? I never had period cramps before yesterday... sorry this was so long Laughing Please reply ASAP!




Hey girlie,

Some girls do get cramps just before their periods, that's true! And some girls get cramps before their very first period too, but others don't. It's different for every girl! It sounds like you're right on track and moving through puberty in a healthy way, but unfortunately it's totally impossible to predict when you'll get your period! Even cramps aren't a sure sign, because you could get cramps without a period (or they could be gassy cramps - they kinda feel the same sometimes). Just keep an eye on it and try to relax. You'll know when you get your first period because you'll see the "evidence" in your undies! In the meantime, learn lots about periods and stock up on supplies so you're never caught off guard <3 It'll come when your bod is ready!

Have had my period for a while, and my mom keeps pushing me to try tampons and I am so that I could swimming. They are okay when I'm standing, but when I sit down it because really uncomfortable and I can't sit up straight because putting pressure on "down there" becomes almost painful. What did I do wrong and how can I fix it so I can use them regularly?

 

It sounds like you could either be not inserting the tampon correctly or the tampon is the incorrect size. Each box comes with instructions so make sure you are taking the correct steps. Also, try using a different size (use a regular instead of super ect). Tampons should not be uncomfortable, if you keep having problems I would consider talking to a doctor.

Hey girl!

The water has no effect on your period. If you are comfortable using tampons then your period won't hinder you from swimming the rest of your vacation. But if you only wear pads, you'll have to sit out from swimming.

I am 13 and I've been getting discharge for a little over 18 months with no period. I read on this website that if u have had boobs for two years or discharge for 18 months and no period that u have to see your doctor cuz something might not be right! What should I do?

Every girl's bod is different - and while discharge, boobs, and other puberty changes ARE signs that your period could be on the way, it's tough to tell for sure. (Even doctors can't guarantee when you'll get it!) Most girls get their periods before the age of 16. If you go a few more years with no period, it might be smart to chat with your doctor to see what's going on. It's always good to make sure you're progressing normally and you're healthy! But for now, I wouldn't worry. Try to be patient and learn about periods right now, so you're totally prepared when it comes. Smile

I'm having trouble with tampons. When i practice putting it in at home it works, but whenever i really need to put one in fast (like at camp a few weeks ago) i can never do it! any advice? also, whenever i shave the upper half of my legs i get red itchy bumps. what should i do?




Hey girlie,

Take your time, take a deep breath, and relax! You're putting pressure on yourself to rush and get the tampon in, which only makes it harder to insert it. Over time, you'll get so much better at putting in the tampon when you're pressed for time - but, for now, try not to worry about being done really quick. And if you think about it, being home and being in public aren't very different - you might be less comfortable in an unfamiliar place, but you can still take your time and get it in there right Smile

Hey girl! This sounds like your period, and you're the right age to be starting.  Is it coming at about the same time every month? How long does it last? Those can be hints as to whether it's your period or something else that you need to get checked out.  I'd talk to your doc.  They can also clue you in on if you're going to get your period soon (if you haven't already). xoxo

so, i have had my period for a little over half a year now and have used pads since I started. I read online about menstrual cups which are supposed to make your period waaayyy easier by not forcing you to carry around extra materials so I bought one but I am having alot of trouble putting it in! help! and also, I have been having a very light, dark brown period for the past few days which is not normal at all for me! i'm sort of worried but I don't want to worry my mom about it.




Hey babe, sorry it's so tricky to put the cup in, but just read the directions carefully and be patient. You'll get it. And about your period, don't stress. Periods can be funky and irregular for the first two years after your first one, so just ride this one out. It'll straighten itself out soon.

no, you cant wear a pad in the pool. think of it this way, a pad absorbs any liquid it comes in contact with. itll swell up like a diaper right when you step in the water and wont have any more room 2 absorb what you want it to. if you dont wear tampons, try 'em! they arent as bad as you think...like at all they r really nice actuallyTong hope this helped! hey! well, since you can't really see down there, there's no guarantee. In my opinion that sounds extremely rare and unlikely. I've heard of some girls breaking their hymens while horsebackriding. and that's way more intense than inserting a tampon. I'm not saying it's impossible, but I wanted you to know that probably won't happen.

im sorry this is adding on to my previous comment!! its 28-30 days not 28-40. but then arises another problem! i had my period april 21-27 but i totally skipped may!! and as mentioned in my previos mod comment, that is when i satred my third in june 3. IM AM SO SORRY THAT THERE ARE TOO MAANY NUMBERS THAT I AM OVERWHELMING YOU WITH. I totally skipped a month and then i had two periods a week apart in the other month!! I hope IM OKAY!!




Haha, no apology necessary! I totally understand how confusing and worrisome that kind of stuff can be. If you skip or miss your period often, that could be a sign that you're not healthy (perhaps your diet needs to be changed), but if you then had your period, twice, I'm sure that it's just an irregular time and your hormones just need some time to get back on track!

Was the second one a full-blown period or was it just spotting? Spotting is totally normal, it's basically like a mini-period that just happens once in a while. Even if it was a regular period, it's nothing to worry about. Periods can be irregular, and almost everyone goes through an irregularity with it. Periods can take years to really get on a regular cycle, and even then they're not always guaranteed. Don't worry, girl!

The problem is, I'm not sure if my mom would allow me to use them. Since I buy them myself would it really even be necessary for me to ask her? Hey babe, if you're not sure your mom would like you using tampons, why don't you ask her? There's really nothing wrong with using tampons, and they won't do anything harmful to your bod. So I don't know why she'd have a problem. But at the same time, if you don't ask her permission, it's probably not a big deal either. If you'd like to give 'em a try, go ahead.

Ok so I think I had my period, but I'm not sure because it was more brown than it was red, when I talked to my mom about it she said that it should turn redder later in my period but it didn't. It only lasted about four days and was pretty light, I only used light pads/heavy liners but I had to change them pretty often. Is it normal to have it brown through my whole period or was it something else?

 

Hey girl!  Everyone's period is a different color, and sometimes periods aren't red like the blood you bleed when you have a cut.  Chances are, that was your period, so be ready for it in about 28 days (may not be exact, those sneaky periods are usually irregular in the beginning).  If it comes again, then you know, but if not, then it was something else and you might want to talk to your doctor.  xoxo

i know that all you you will think i am cuckoo but i always go to the pool without a tampon. in my first experience, th water;s pressure actualy goes against your you know, thus blocking the flow of you know what. i dont know if any of you believe me but it really works. I'm not suer if it works on EVERYONE but i took this advice from a friend that has a totally different body from me. i wear a liner in my swimsuit just in case i leak an when i get out of the pool and change there is absolutlely no blood to begin or end with. So dont worry if you forget to wear your tampon on pool day because despite what your mom says its ok to swim without a tampon

Most gals get their periods every 28-30 days. Basically once a month! But like you said, it's totally normal for them to be irregular for a while, so it's kinda hard to predict. Just be patient and be prepared by bringing supplies with ya when you go. It's possible that you will get it before/on vacation, so pay attention to cramps (they feel like the achy pain you feel before you're gonna have - sorry, TMI - diarrhea), mood swings, cravings, or any tired feelings. Hey girlie,

This is TOTALLY normal! In fact, most girls get those clots during their periods, especially on the heaviest days. Tampons are just fine to use with them - they'll absorb your flow no matter what. Remember to adjust your tampon size depending on your flow (use a Super, Ultra, etc. on the heavier days) and to change them regularly, to avoid leaks. You could even use a pantyliner so you don't get caught by surprise Smile

I don't blame you for not wanting to work and do chores when you're sore, but try and do one chore at a time with a little break (like painting your nails or reading a chapter of a book) between them. Mod Mod Mod Recently, I got my period. I kept track of it (I got it June 14-19). My only concern is that its summer time and when you start out your periods are irregular. Plus, I go swimming every single day since I live near the beach and the pool (and belong to a club). Plus, I go to camp where swimming is REQUIRED! How do I be prepared??

 

Hey chica!  The only way to be prepared is to make sure you are keeping track of how your body feels and making sure you are doing frequent bathroom checks when you feel like your period might be coming.  It also might be a good idea to wear panty liners a few days before you "should" be getting your period (not in your bathing suit, though!).  Try changing into your bathing suit right before you go swimming and not taking a super long time to change out of it.  That way, you catch it early and you don't have to worry about staining your suit.  LAst of all, relax!  Your period is only a few days a month, so enjoy swimming the rest of the time!

Hey chicky, just because you're 12, it doesn't mean you're going to get your period soon. Some gals don't get it 'til they're 17, so there's no reason to stress about it. But just so you know for when you do get it, tampons are more convenient because they can be used with pads so that ya don't have to hit the bathroom quite as often. Both are uncomfortable at first, but you get used to them. Once you get your period, you can try them both out and see which works best for you.

If you're worried that ya might get your period soon, you can try wearing a thin pad for a few days, just to be on the safe side. Then if there's no change in the color or amount of discharge you're having, save the pads, and don't worry about your period for a while.

Hey babe, most girls get their period between the ages of 11 and 14, so your bod may just not be there yet. Waiting can be rough, but trust me, the longer you go without having a period, the better. They always come at the most inconvenient times, and they're not exactly fun. So enjoy not having to deal with them yet, and don't stress.

Hey chica, sounds like you could be about to get your period. The average ages when most gals to get theirs is between 11 and 14 years old, so you're right in there. You could wear a pantyliner for a few days, and then if there's no change in the color or amount of your discharge, don't worry about it for a while.

Take deeeeep breaths. It's okay!! First of all, you don't know for sure if you're going to get your period. But it's best to be prepared. I don't actually use tampons (I use pads) so I suggest talking to your mom about which tampon brand she suggests. It's best to have a variety since you don't know what to expect (if it's your first time).

I have a tampon prob. I've tried (many many times) to use a tampon. I've been using plastic ones and trying when my flow is heaviest. I can get the applicator in no problem, but when I try to push the actual tampon up, I get the feeling that I'm going to faint. I feel lightheaded and like I may throw up. Then I have to go lay down and try again the next day because I'm too afraid to try again the same day. :/ I'm thinking that this problem may be caused by nerves but I really want to start wearing tampons. Hey! Sorry about all this stress, that sounds really hard! I would just advise you to keep breathing and thinking about yourself succeeding and how glad you'll be. Maybe try when your flow isn't as heavy because the blood might be making you feel faint. Good luck!

so i do a LOT of activities, and none of them are cheap(all of them are at least $150) anyways, my parents insist that I shouldn't have to help pay for them because "a kid shouldn't worry about money" and "we can handle the budget". but i'm not a kid anymore, I'm 15 years old!! my mom is getting a new job soon, and then we'll have more room for money, but i still feel extremely guilty! all of it probably costs at LEAST $2000. my grandmother is going to start paying me to help her with things around the house, like cleaning. i'm hoping that if the money adds up, they will let me use it to help pay for my activities. how can i convince them to let me help out?

I've been looking for shorts and capris to wear over the summer and have had no luck. ive already been to 6 different stores and havent found anything!i wear a size 16. any advice on stores to shop at?

Hey chica!  Sometimes periods get a little weird, but usually they go back to normal after a funky month.  If you are really worried, talk to your mom or your doctor, they'll be able to give you a specific reason, since they know what medications you've been taking and other stuff about you!

I have a little over a month of summer left,and I really want to tone up as much as possible. I am drinking 4 big cups of lemon water every day,(Which ends up equaling 8 cups)and exercising 4-5 days a week. I'm trying to eat as good as possible,and be as healthy as possible. Will it help me by the end of summer??

The tampon boxes usually say up to 8 hours, but you may want to change more often than this. Depending on how long your flow is, I would say between 2-5 hours.

I play basketball on a competetive traveling team and I really like it. The only problem is that I'm always in pain, either from strained muscles, my joints hurt, or overall body aches. I can't stand it, and it always takes the fun out of being with my friends and playing. Ive tried taking medications, start hung everyday, and even going to the doctor about my problems - multiple times- and none of this has helped. I wear two braces on my knees, but neither help. Nothing does. I'm seriously quitting basketball, but having a hard time making a decision. My parents said either basketball or volleyball. I love my basketball team and my friends, but I don't know what to do. Please help me... I have no other options but to quit and do something else or to keep fighting the pain somehow. Please, please help me make the right decision. Thank you

 

Hey girl!

Even if you love something, if you're hurting yourself in the process it's not worth it. Obviously the ultimate decision is up to you, but I think you should talk with your parents more about it. If you've tried everything to relieve the pain and nothing works (and you're miserable while playing), I'd say it's time to find a new sport. Nothing is worse than being miserable when all you want to do is have fun and show your stuff. There are so many other sports you could try as well! If you choose to keep playing, you've got to find a way to relieve your pain. You seem to have a true passion for the sport, which is why this decision is so difficult for you. Just because you stop playing basketball doesn't mean you won't see your team again. In their eyes you'll always be a part of the team no matter what, and you can hang out with your basketball friends all the time...even if you play volleyball! The choice is up to you. Whichever decision you will make, things will turn out the way that they're supposed to. Talk to your coach, team, and parents before making the final decision. Best of luck!

I'm going to sail camp, and we will be in the pool and the bay all day. The only problem is according to my period calendar my period is supposed to come the day before! I have tampons, and after reading a couple articles on the site I'm afraid my flow wont be heavy enough to get the tampon in! Also, my period is still kinda irregular so I'm afraid I will get it while I'm at camp. Please help!!!!

Hmm this is a tricky situation but it can definitely be solved. As long as you have tampons and you're prepared/ready to use them then you're pretty much all set. The GOOD thing is that your flow isn't very heavy so you won't have to worry about having any messes! You should definitely be able to get the tampon in, as long as you have the right size for the amount of flow. Your period may be irregular, but you shouldn't get randomly on scattered days of the month, so as long as you keep tampons in during the time that you have it, you should be good. If you're worried, you can even put a tampon in a day after you think your period has ended...just in case! Don't worry too much, just keep those tampons in, change them frequently, and have fun!

While your mom's at work, you now have time to think about it. If you feel uncomfortable about the hair on your legs, you might want to start thinking about shaving. Shaving for the first time can be scary for a lot of girls...but there's nothing to worry about! If you think you're ready, talk to your mom when she gets home. Explain that she caught you a little off guard this morning but that you've thought about it and you really think it would be a good idea (explain that it would make you feel more comfortable, and that'd you love to learn how). If you decide that you don't want to yet, that's fine too! Make the decision that will make you feel most comfortable. I don't know if this is a period but lately I've been having this thing that comes out that has I tint of red in it but it's really really brown.. It didn't even look like a period it looked brown. Is there something wrong with me?

Nope, that's perfectly normal and yes, that is a period (usually either towards the start or end of your period). If you have more questions, talk to your mom or trusted adult...they'll definitely have some great advice and be able to help out with your questions...they went through puberty too!

Tampons might seem scary, but when you make the change from pads to tampons...it's great! Most girls say they don't even feel tampons! The first couple of times might be a bit uncomfortable because you're not used to wearing them or putting them in. It will get better though as it becomes easier for you to apply them. Modmodmod .I'm not allowed to use a tampon but I love to swim I have never gone to the beach and haven't swam but I got my period last year so this is my first trip with my period what do I do my mom told me I'm not allowedto wear a tampon is there a pad you can like use when its wet ?

 

Hey girl!

Most pads aren't great when wet because they absorb water, but you can always try a panty liner or something very thin with little absorbency (if your period is light). Also talk to your mom about the situation...explain to her that you love to swim and you know she doesn't want you to use a tampon, but ask her what she will let you do to keep the period problem under control in those waves!

What if we've NEVER worn a tampon before?? Next week I'll be getting my period for the second time ever, so naturally, I've never even thought about using a tampon. I dont want to miss out on the summer fun, but I'm barely used to wearing pads. Should I just skip the swimming? Should I learn how to use a tampon quickly? Hey girlie!

When that time of the month rolls around, there's no need to skip the pool parties! Periods are tough, but if you have the right tools you can stay in the clear, even in that bikini. Unfortunately, if you wear a pad in the pool it will absorb water and swell up...so I highly recommended using tampons. Since you haven't used these before, your best bet is to talk to a parent (preferably mom!) or other adult figure who you feel comfortable with and can help you. Once you get the gist of it's totally easy...trust me. You don't even feel it! In fact, a lot of girls actually prefer tampons because you don't feel like you're wearing a diaper all the time (like pads)! Throw in a tampon and just make sure to change it every couple of hours. If you're worried, have a girlfriend be on the lookout, literally watching your back! Good luck!!!

Hey girl!

That sounds pretty miserable! Make sure you're drinking lots of water and getting lots of sleep. That can help with the acne. Wash your face twice a day, too. You can take painkillers such as Motrin or Advil for your cramps or even Midol, which is specifically for menstrual cramps. I'm not sure why your eyelids are swelling, so you may want to ask your doctor about that.

I just got this Aveeno Active Natural Clear Complexion Foaming Cleanser and I don't know how to use it - like, okay, I know you wet your face, but then do you apply it and keep it on for a while and rinse it off, or do you just rub iit like it's lotion or what??? There were no directions.

Just wet your face, put some of the cleanser in your hand, and soap up your face like you would your body in the shower. You don't need to keep it on or do it for a long time, just make sure you cover all the areas of your face.

i honestly dont care if people know. most all my friends are guys, i only got one girl buddy. but i dont care they know really cause its not our faults. i am in high school and they might say something depending on how immuture they are. but most guys really dont even care and theyre cool about it. they know we have periods. when i was at school dance i asked my friend dane to hold tampons in his pockets for me hahahaha choose not to be embarrassed because your not the only girl on your period. its all good! if u do care to keep secret cause your friends are immuture or something, just say 'hey i'll brb i got to pee' Smile
