I think I have a problem. Everyday I get these cravings, so I get everything I want to eat, yougurt, chocolates, peanut butter and I either chew and spit out everything or eat and throw it up. I also do both sometimes. I just want to be skinny but I love food so much. The rest of the time I eat 300-500 calories (300 normally, 500 if its a workout day) and I feel terrible and guilty when I eat.

 

Hey girl,

This could be a serious problem. My advice would be to tell your mom or a parent/guardian exactly what you just told GL. Explain your feelings and I'm sure they'll give great advice and help you out. this problem could get serious so get help as soon as possible

Take the stairs more than once. When you’re at home, run up and down the stairs three or four times before heading to your room. It’s a sneaky way to stay active.
