It seems wrong to make a girl who gets pregnent leave school or make someone who is suspected of being pregnent take a test. Im against teen pregnancy but its the girls choice most of the time to get involved with it. I think if a girl gets pregnent and has to be kicked out of school then if the father goes to the school he should be kicked out as well its not just the girls fault the guy should be treated the same as the girl is. Also what if the girl was raped? She might be against abortions and then its definently not her fault for being pregnent.

It seems so wrong being forced to do that, i would fight the system no mater if i was being accused of being pregnant or not!

I can't say that I support teen pregnancy, but either way, this is wrong. As it mentioned in the article, its also illegal. Even so, the policy just plain doesn't make any sense. Shouldn't a girl who DOES become pregnant be even further encouraged to stay in school? So that she'll have more opportunities and be able to take care of the baby in the future?

well i am sooooooooooo glad i don't go to Delhi Charter School, n i fell soooo bad about those girls i maen that is just so wrong to me and that's non of their business.

First, i should say that it is a shame that so many teens are getting pregnant. It is worth the wait when you find some one you love and have married. To girls: SAY NO! DONT DO IT! To Guys: Dont push them into it, and dont disown the girl once you find out,you are wrong too, and the baby has just as much of your genes as it does hers.....Second, schools should not reject pregnant girls or force them to take tests for many reasons. 1 The girl is already recieving negative attention and forcing her to take the test will embarass her more (if the rumor is true)2 Life will already be difficult for them because of their situation and not going to school will just help to ruin their future. Everyone has a right to education wherever they want to get it. 3 This will probably push her to have an abortion which is WRONG. They should help the girl with counseling,supplies and clothes,birth classes etc

That is absolutely ridiculous! That is an unfair standard to judge a girl by, plus the guy had a part in the pregnancy too! That is horrible and should NOT be legal
