I have tummy fat and i dont know how to lose it. I eat healthy but is ther a certain workout that can help get rid of it?

 

Hey girlie! The thing that stinks about tummy fat is that it's tough to get rid of and you can't really target it.  Just make sure you're getting your cardio in! xoxo

I have a problem with junk food. I crave it all the time, even when I'm not hungry. I always sneak into the pantry and take tiny bites of fatty foods, and by the end of the day it all adds up. It feels good when I eat, but I feel guilty afterwards. I'm thin now, but I'm know that all this eating will eventually catch up to my weight and health. How do I help my craving?

Hey girl,

When you feel hungry, try eating fats that are good for you, like nuts and avocado, and sweets that are good for you, like fruits. If you stick to natural goods, you won't want the processed ones! If you're worried about your eating habits, though, you should speak with a trusted adult like a parent, teacher, guidance counselor or older family member about your habits and how you're feeling so that they can help you sort things out.

I have, like, this red flat pimple on my nose. It's kind of like a blister and my nose hurts when I rub my nose. Is this a cold sore??? If so, how do I treat it - and fast!!! It looks like a zit!!!

hey i was wondering typically how long it takes to lose 25 pounds and how would you do it??




Hey girlie,

It's completely healthy to lose about 1-2 pounds each week. I know it doesn't feel very fast, but it's safe to lose 25 pounds over the course of about 4 months <3 With healthy diet and exercise, of course!

So I heard that when working out walking is better than jogging/running, is it true?




Hey chica, walking is less strain on your joints, but it's not gonna give ya much cardio. Running is way better exercise, and as long as ya don't overdo it, it's definitely a better workout.

My thighs and legs are really sore from my two days of volleyball tryouts ( sadly, i didn't make the team. But, there's always next year!!). What can i do to make them less sore?

 

Hey girl! Try taking ibuprofen or soaking in a hot bath.  Make sure you stretch and stay active, too.  Don't do too much, but walking around and stretching will help your muscles heal.  xoxo
