Hey. Where can i buy Cute and affordable lunch bag? I am starting to eat healthy this year! Also... What are some good foods to eat that have fiber, but low- cal?

 

Hey girlie,

Fiber is great because it keeps you feeling full between meals! Try to stick to whole grain/whole wheat breads. You can also get fiber from eating shredded wheat in the morning (with some milk and fruit tossed in!). Crunchy foods like raw carrots, broccoli, celery, etc. are packed with fiber. Almonds and fruits like raspberries, prunes, blackberries and pears are good too. But you should only have about 28 grams of fiber each day, so try to find a healthy balance and avoid loading up!

So my friend has a horrible family. They treat her horrible. She has a lot of medical problems that don't get taken care of. Kids are really mean to her. She only has a few friends. She's starting to make bad chocices. She's always negative. I want to stop being ehr friend, because her negativity is rubbing off on me, but she doesn't have many friends, and we've been friends since 5th grade. (We're in 9th now) and I also wouldn't have anyone tot alk to in marching band. She's usually nice to me, but her bad attitude and choices, I can't stand! What should I do? THanks MOD!

 

Hey girl! You can be friendly with someone without being friends with them.  You don't have to break off ties with this girl, but you certainly don't have to hang out with her all the time.  Sometimes when people are going through a rough time, they act badly even though they need support.  If you see her having major issues, talk to a teacher or counselor, they might be able to help. xoxo
