I'm only 11, but my mom says I'm going to to get my period soon. I've had cramps fer a couple days now. please help!!! I'm so nervous.

Um... dont worry. At first periods r soooo light, well at least for most people. When I got mine it was a tiny bit of blood i noticed. also per period on average u lose 2 tbs of blood. only. NOT 5 gallons

Hey girly, you're a good friend to care and worry about your BFF. It sounds like she is really overwhelmed and is expressing that in an unhealthy way. This sitch is too big for you and your BFF to handle alone. It's a good idea to talk to a parent or councelor about whats going on. When you talk to a councelor, your friend might be angry at first, but she'll soon realize that you got her help because you care about her. She's lucky to have you.
