I'm only 11, but my mom says I'm going to to get my period soon. I've had cramps fer a couple days now. please help!!! I'm so nervous.

Um... dont worry. At first periods r soooo light, well at least for most people. When I got mine it was a tiny bit of blood i noticed. also per period on average u lose 2 tbs of blood. only. NOT 5 gallons

Hey girly, you're a good friend to care and worry about your BFF. It sounds like she is really overwhelmed and is expressing that in an unhealthy way.
