MOD MOD MOD So there's this guy in my homeroom (we only have homeroom once a week ) and I kinda have a bit of a crush on him. We've only talked a few times though. I caught him staring at me a few times during a football game and my friend said he was "checking me out" at a school gathering. But I'm not really sure and I'm kinda shy so what should I say to him or how could I get him to approach me? Thanks

My friend met her boyfriend online four years ago. They live on opposite sides of the country, and have never met IRL. But they met in an online school, and they skype every day. Through skype, she's met a few of his sisters, and he's met her friends and her brother. I was iffy when she first told me about her "internet boyfriend," but this has turned out to be one of those cases where it truly is an honest, innocent online relationship. Online relationships aren't always bad, provided you go about them the right way. If it's just someone you've been emailing for a few weeks, it could potentially be a danger.

In my opinion it isn't really dangerous to talk to people online. I go on this online penpal website and talk to girls from around the world . But where you have to draw the line is sharing personal info. I just share totally general stuff, like the weather or your school, or boys or WHATEVER, just don't tell specifics!!!!! That is where you draw the line!
