Crunches, baby!(: I also get into push up position and suck in my tummy for 10 counts, and repeat. Sometimes I have to start out in the "girl" push up position(: Either way, works for me!

MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD!!! im reposting this cos last time it just put someones name at the bottom i have nooooo upper body strength!!!! I absolutely SUCK at push up's and that's the test we do in school for upper body(i think its upper-body but i still suck at push ups) !!!! yesterday was the push up test and i "wasn't getting 90 degrees" my teacher said, so she gave me a zero! even though i had done 15!!and then today, the muscle at like the-front-of-your-body-in-between-your-shoulders-and-your-armpits was aching like CRAZY! please help what are some things i can do so that i can actually do some pushups!!!!!!HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks in advance
