ok so for Halloween me and my two best friends are all being capitol people (from the hunger games), and i honestly don't know what to do about clothes or makeup. do you have any ideas? thanks so much!

I think you should google "black swan makeup" and try to recreate that. Go to costume stores for makeup because you're going to need a lot of black stuff. Xoxo
