I strongly disagree. Jennifer Lawrence, Demi Lovato, and Katy Perry looked stunning in those outfits. I agree that Katy's headpiece wasn't the best, but they all still looked stunning in those dresses.

Katy Perry's look is actually gorgeous...the picture was taken at an odd angle so it did kinda look like someone TP'ed her head, but its actually a stunning rose headpiece. Sooo pretty in pink... And besides, this a list of the most-frightful looks? I have seen FAR more ricidulous looks this year..and some of these aren't the least bit scary..
